Fantastic view, comfortable furniture, excellent bedding, everything needed and more. Host responded to every message immediately. The five of us -sisters by blood and/or choice- recommend this property with no reservations.

We love the Ashworth and this condo was a great place to stay. The host was exceptional providing all the information that we needed ahead of time and checking in with us once we arrived. There were ample "toy" to take to the beach and plenty of games and books provided in the condo. One of my favorite things about the condo... I slept like a baby! We would definitely return.

Perfect fit for our needs. Condo was clean and quiet. Eazy beach access was nice. Only issue was the elevators were not functioning well. But building MGT worked diligently to resolve the problem. Overall a great experience.

The place was great. The owner reached out a couple day through our stay asking if we needed anything. If we had issues to get a hold of them. I will stay here again.

Great property!

We had 4 adults and 1 child staying at this unit! Everything we needed was there. Check in was super easy. The only issue we had was that the 1 bedroom had 2 full beds instead of 2 queens. Everyone agreed this unit had the best mattresses! The property itself has some age but everything was clean. Awesome pool deck and easy access to the beach with plenty of wash areas coming off the beach. Would definitely stay there again!

Fabulous place to stay!

We've been going to North Myrtle Beach on vacation for 30 years now and The Ashworth has been our favorite place to stay, so far. This condo was roomy, comfortable, very clean, and well-stocked. The pools and hot tub are well-maintained with security on duty during operating hours. Plenty of parking and 4 elevators to accommodate the comings and goings of of it's vacationers. Kristen was very attentive and responsive. She even called early in the week to see if we had and questions or concerns. Good communication. THE LOCATION of this condo could not be more perfect. Oceanfront and also located right at Main Street and Ocean Drive. Restaurants, activities, and convenience store all within a very short walking distance. I would HIGHLY recommend this place!!!

Great condo right on the beach! 15th floor had awesome views. The check in process was SO easy, way better than with a rental company. Host gave multiple phone numbers in case we needed anything. Condo had everything we needed for 7 people; towels, dishes, utensiles, pots/pans, etc.

A excellent 2 week stay !!!

the condo met all of our expectations. we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay. spent every day on the beach enjoying the beach life...and walking down to main street hitting the shops, ice cream and eating dinner at a couple of favorite local restaurants. Location, location, location!!! this condo gives you everything. the beds were comfy, and the furniture was comfy and clean. we visit North Myrtle Beach every year for the past 30 years...Ashworth is our always our go to...and we will definitely make an effort to use this condo again. Our host was repeatedly reach out to me, checking to make sure our stay was perfect. Thank you Kristen...you are the best.

Wonderful stay

Such a clean unit! Well stocked and a great location, food nearby and night life if you want it. The building has security and maintenance to help manage things as well. The unit had quality items so you can easily make full meals. The appliances were in good shape as well. Loved having the beds made upon arrival so that was one less task to do. The cleanliness was definitely the most important to me and exceeded my expectations! A comfortable space and engaged owners. We had a wonderful experience!

I highly recommend booking/staying at this condominium owned by Kristin and family on North Myrtle Beach 102 North Ocean blvd. North Myrtle Beach. From the minute of booking to the minute we stepped into the condominium. It was everything we had hoped for and needed. The checking in process was amazingly easy and went so smoothly. We felt at home as soon as we walked through the door. The checking out process was just as smoothly as the checking in process. Kristin’s condominium provided us with everything we needed away from home and everything we needed to have a fantastic vacation on the beach. This condominium was clean and ready to go as soon as we walked through the door. The view was amazing and to top it all off the beach supplies that were supplied by Kristin and family made our beach experience even better. Everything was provided that was needed to have wonderful days on the beach and even down days when the weather wasn’t so pleasant to be on the beach. I would highly recommend this condominium to anyone that wants to enjoy a beach vacation with their family and friends.

This unit is 100% as listed and a wonderful place to stay. The condo is spacious and we had everything we needed for our beach retreat. The best part is that the owners are amazing to work with!

Amazing!

We have been coming to Myrtle Beach for many years and this was one of the nicest places we have stayed. Very roomy and comfortable! We had everything we could possibly need from cookware to beach supplies, even a nightlight for daughters! The only thing I would change would be to make the pool bigger but overall we would love to stay here again. Kristen was also super responsive when I reached out to her with questions!

Great condo for a Family Getaway

The owners are VERY nice and QUICKLY responded when we had a question. The condo was pretty clean and has most necessities. Could have used more bath towels - we had mostly girls in our group. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. Love to sit out there with coffee and a book! Bring your own beach umbrella and beach towels. It's nice that there is a Wal-Mart so close in case you need to pick something up. The lazy river and pool were small and too crowded for our taste - but who cares when the beautiful beach is right there? Lots of places within walking distance. My family had an amazing stay and I highly recommend this condo. The one small thing I might suggest is to pick up a few cheap power supply strips and $30 HDMI extender ports for the TVs. Nowadays on rainy days folks may want to plug in their own travel ROKU sticks to catch up on their Watchlist or kids want to plug in their XBOX or Playstation. Overall, a wonderful place to stay and you can tell the owners really want you to enjoy your time there. TIP for checking in: Elevators on arrival day are rough. Everyone is getting there at the same time. Let's say you park on deck 5 and want to go up.... every time the elevator opens it's already full from picking up others below. So.. go DOWN to go UP. Otherwise you'll end up waiting a long time. You're welcome.

Home away from Home.

Vacation, was amazing! From the time we exited the car from a 9 hour trip we were met with smiles. Had everything we needed for our trip to the 18th floor, carts, luggage racks galore.. The Condominium was to nice, clean everything we needed to complete our vacation. We were shocked how many security workers there were.. Jeff was the best, made us feel right at home, held doors, opened gates.. just the best!! Even explained rules to our 3 year old in a way she understood.. hope to return to The Ashworth!!
