La Casa Rosa a 10 minuti da Pisa

The lovely Rose House is full of charm and personality. It can accommodate from 2 to 6 people and allows privacy and personal space for all. It is an artist's house of 120 m2 located at the entrance of the small village of Campo 10 minutes from Pisa by car where the leaning tower awaits you and much more! The sea is 20 minutes by car, Marina di Vecchiani and Tirrenica.
The house, bright, is terraced and gives on one side on a small country road uncrowded, and on the other on a small garden protected to eat and relax. Access to the house is on the street side by a small portico that gives access to the interior of the house which is large and warm. On the ground floor there is a large living space is very open with traffic around the staircase open too, (without guard rail). There is the entrance, the kitchen, a double living room overlooking a computer desk and the comfortable dining room for 6 people overlooking the pretty little garden where you can eat. There is also a dressing area, and a second separate toilet with sink and washing machine. The large living room can be divided in two by blinds to create a third sleeping area with a sofa bed for two people.
At first there are two bedrooms, one with a large bed, 140 overlooking the garden, the other with two small beds of 80 can be compared for a couple. The pretty bathroom has a shower, separate bath, toilet and bidet.
The simple and elegant ensemble combines the charm of Tuscan houses with contemporary touches thanks to the works of the owner who is an artist.

Just open the door to reach 20 meters the clay, and across the fields a nice walk and discover two adorable little lakes you can follow the shores.
You are therefore very close to the center of Pisa and its leaning tower and 5 minutes from Calci, its magnificent Chartreuse, its Natural History Museum and the pisan mountains where you can make beautiful walks. The very easy airport is 20 minutes away. At 10 minutes also CNR and Hospital.
The station of Pisa where those of Cascina or Pontedera even closer, will allow you to go to Florence easily in month of one hour.
We can also mention San Giuliano Terme 10 minutes with its thermal baths to relax and Vicopisano, its medieval village and its press. The Pisan Mountains produce one of the best olive oils in Italy. The beautiful San Rossore reserve is 15 minutes away for beautiful walks or bike rides (you can rent them on site), and Lake Massaciuccoli.
Lucca, Livorno and its beautiful rocky coast, Viareggio, La Spezia, Pietrasanta, the Cinque Terre, Firenze and a little further Volterra and San Gimignano, are nearby. There are several pools 10 minutes from the house when you do not want to go to the sea, especially that of Uliveto Terme charming and bucolic.
