Aloha and welcome to Beachy Blues! This 4-bedroom house is just a short 5-minute walk from the beach, putting you in a prime position for soaking up the sun and building sandcastles. Take a dip in our refreshing cowboy pool in the fenced-in backyard, or hang out at your own tiki bar! Whip up tropical drinks and live your bartender fantasy. Whether you`re a family, a group of friends, or simply seeking some beachside tranquility, Beachy Blues has everything you need for an unforgettable stay.
ā WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1.
ā Location: Sea Isle beach community of Galveston, Texas
ā Beach Access: 30 second drive or 5 minute walk to the Sea Isle beach access point.
ā Private Pool: We have a Cowboy soaking pool on the ground level that can comfortably fit up to 8 people when it`s time to relax and cool off.
ā Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Sea Isle community pool for a feeā open Memorial Day thru Labor Dayā and the community boat launch and fishing pier with the provided keys.
ā Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.
ā WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.
ā Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.
ā Parking: There is room for up to 5 cars in the driveway.
The main level living area is bathed in natural light thanks to expansive windows and high ceilings. A large sectional sofa and plush armchairs invite you to relax after a day of fun, whether it`s reading a book, watching a movie on the large flat-screen TV, or simply taking a nap. Sliding glass doors lead out to a spacious deck overlooking the peaceful neighborhood, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening drink.
The open kitchen boasts ample counter space and modern appliances, making meal prep a breeze. Whether you`re packing snacks for the beach, grabbing takeout from a local restaurant, or whipping up a family feast, the kitchen has everything you need. A breakfast bar with seating allows for casual meals or catching up with loved ones over appetizers.
The master bedroom offers a serene escape with a king-size bed. An en-suite bathroom provides a relaxing spot with a tub/shower combination. There is a second bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed, while the third bedroom on this floor functions well for families. It is equipped with a queen-size bed and a full-over-full bunk bed. A hallway on the main floor provides access to a full bathroom and a laundry closet.
Downstairs, an additional bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a full-over-full bunk bed perfect for accommodating larger groups. The ground floor bathroom boasts a spacious, tiled shower, ideal for rinsing off after a day spent soaking up the sun or playing in the pool.
Step outside to discover your own private paradise ā a covered tiki bar! Watch the game on the mounted TV or whip up refreshing cocktails. The festive atmosphere is enhanced by a picnic table, bar stools, and a charcoal grill. This space truly feels like a beach bar oasis complete with a sparkling cowboy pool, perfect for family gatherings and relaxing under the Texas sun.
Just a short walk or drive away awaits the sandy shores of Sea Isle Beach. The convenient location offers easy access to both the Gulf and the bay. Grab lunch or dinner nearby at one of the many dining options or explore shopping and entertainment venues a short drive away at the Galveston Strand or Pleasure Pier. House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 12 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighborsā driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- The homeowner`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
