Family beach house in the heart of the great Sea Isle neighborhood with boat ramp access. 2 big lots fenced in with great neighbors. The house will sleep up to 10 people. Walk-in showers upstairs and downstairs with outdoor shower back of house. New vinyl flooring and painted throughout March 2026. Marina bar and restaurant 2 blocks(no driving needed). There are queen size Crate Barrel beds in the 2 bedrooms upstairs. All 5 beds in the house are queen size(yes queen size bunk beds) and a full size futon. All mattresses and pillows have hypoallergenic covers under the sheets. Plenty of blankets and towels. The stairs are outside. There is additional $10 per person per night charge for more than 6 guests. Internet/WiFi, plenty of puzzles, board games, cards, etc. Smart TVs in living room and each bedroom. Huge deck and gas barbecue pit. Full kitchen amenities with a huge social bar and extra large dining table. Beach is 2 blocks away with a private parking lot for the Sea Isle neighborhood only. Kids park and full court basketball, tennis court, and neighborhood pool(open Memorial Day-Labor Day) are all located within 2 blocks. Yes you can hear the beach! I manage this house myself. CHECK OUR REVIEWS! Always updating little and big things because we listen to our tenants. We only accept small groups that will be staying at the house with rare exception. Absolutely no open invitation parties or more than the agreed upon paid inhabitants will be allowed without permission. A detailed description of your pet(s) may be required and could impact leasing this property. Bring your golf cart or check local golf cart rental companies. They are all pretty good and they deliver and pickup at the house. Check-in is 4:00 pm but all efforts are always made to allow earlier check-in if requested.

The house was clean and nice and very comfortable. My family had a great time staying there this week. We liked how close it was to the beach. We had fun playing games at the big table. Communication with the host was amazing! We would definitely stay here again!

This was a great house! My folks, husband, stepson, and son were able to visit and get to know each other without stepping all over each other’s space. The house had everything we needed and the host was responsive and kind. It was close to the beach and a marina with a bar and restaurant. Beds were comfy and clean.

Our stay was very short and it rained all day our full day there but we didn’t mind because the house was perfect for us to stay in, It had everything we needed! The house was clean and the host was super nice and easy to get in contact with if you needed anything. We would definitely book here again!

Would come back to this property again 100%. Love that the parking area is right next to the house and is fenced/gated. Host is very kind and friendly. The only thing that could have been better would be more pillows on the beds. The ones provided were awesome and comfortable, but there were only 2 per bed and some of us sleep more comfortably with extra pillows. We made do by taking pillows from unused beds. Everything was clean and neat with nice decor.

Thank you so much Alyssia! I’m so glad you like the pillows! I picked them out and change them out regularly. I have the mattresses and all pillows in hypoallergenic covers. Great idea to steal from unused beds. I will think about some sort of extra pillow storage that is easily accessible. I appreciate the feedback and I’m so happy y’all had fun! Thanks again! Andrew

The host was extremely nice however the property downstairs was very dirty smelled of mold and must. Bathroom was a step up so my mother who was in a wheelchair could not use which made this discount. The property was not in condition however what I did like was the niceness of the owner. The laundry room was disgusting

Rose - I was unaware that you had a handicap person in your party. Most beach houses that have downstairs areas have raised bathrooms because the foundation was laid before the bathroom was installed. It’s for the piping. I agree that’s not very handicap friendly but until your review I had no idea it was an issue. I assure you great steps have been taken with the environment downstairs. I have tenants stay down there year-round without issue. And Rose in all the years I’ve been doing this which is coming up on 200 reviews. No one has ever commented on the state of my washroom/garage. I appreciate your comments about the house and about me being nice. Thank you for staying.
