Apartment in the historic area of the city, totally refurbished (by architect and designer) and with all amenities. Ideal apartment for families or groups of friends. It is also used by companies that house their employees in our apartment when they come to Porto for work meetings or congresses. Apartment with two bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, full bathroom, laundry and two balconies facing the main street. One of the bedrooms has a queen-size double bed, a large wardrobe, and a balcony facing the main street. The other room has two single beds that can be converted into a double bed (King size) if our guests inform us of their wishes. It has an open closet and stylized crossbars to put the clothes on. The living room has a sofa, also has a balcony facing the main street and is also equipped with an LCD. The whole apartment has free wi-fi. The dining room is equipped with a table and chairs for 4 people, where they can calmly and quietly make their meals at home. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, oven, stove, fridge, Delta Q coffee machine, kettle, toaster, magic wand and all the basic utensils needed to cook light meals. The toilet has shower, toilet, washbasin, hairdryer and a closet for our guests to store their hygiene products. The apartment features a laundry room with washing machine and a cylinder that provides hot water for the baths. Clothes can be dried on the clotheslines that are on the balconies, such as locals do. The apartment was decorated by the designer Paulo Ramunni who had the concern to decorate it with functional, practical, resistant furniture and with a beautiful design. Our guests will for sure enjoy living in this neighbourhood during their stay and mingling with locals. We want that in addition to feeling good and at home take good memories and excellent experiences and experiences of this trip to Porto. It has heating and does not have air conditioning because it does not need, it is a very comfortable apartment in summer, and it is necessary to turn on the heating in winter. Close to all the monuments and interesting restaurants, 500 meters from São Bento Station and 300 meters from Ribeira do Porto, with all the transport at your disposal (train, metro, buses, taxis). Inserted in the local logic will allow a unique experience in the beautiful city of Porto.
