The house is well organized, the air conditioning is served by a heat pump system, therefore in summer it cools and in winter it heats up. The remote control and instructions for use are in the room near the TV. I ask you to use it consciously given the costs of energy in Sardinia, if the system is on keep the doors and windows closed, it seems trivial but in fact not everyone does it. If you leave for a few hours, turn off the system because when you return in a few minutes, it restores the temperature.
The fairly powerful wi-fi network allows you to connect to the internet for free and throughout the courtyard area. The password is under the router near the TV. The gas is supplied by a cylinder placed outside the house, on the upper floor, if it ends, there is a spare cylinder nearby. The key and any new seal is in a kitchen drawer. The lifesaver is at the entrance of the corridor immediately to the left, the small wooden panel can be removed by pulling it towards you. The garage is available for your car but if you want to leave it outside you can rest assured usually nothing happens. Mr. Angelino, the neighbor, has the keys to the gate and sometimes comes in to water the garden, usually when there is nobody in the house so as not to disturb. Drinking water is served by the water network and the main tap is in the external wall of the house in via C. Colombo. In the rare case it is suspended, there is an infinite reserve: the well in the garden, which is equipped with a system that with a simple gesture allows you to have running water throughout the house. Warning, it is not drinkable! In case you call Mr. Angelino will take care of solving the problem. Hot water is served throughout the house by a solar panel system and in the eventuality by an electric boiler placed in the bathroom. For your outdoor lunches and dinners, you can use the patio table and chairs and the barbeque for your barbecues.
The town is organized for separate collection, so in the laundry you will find the different containers and a calendar where it is clearly explained what and when to put outside the gate for collection and disposal. The bathroom is furnished in wood with shower box, bidet, toilet, sink. Please do not throw anything more than toilet paper in the toilet, unfortunately the country has a somewhat precarious drainage network and it would be unpleasant on holiday to have problems from this point of view. There is a fireplace in the room, please do not use it, in some cases it makes smoke and bad smells.
The house is all on the ground floor and apart from a few small steps it is well usable even by disabled people, and on the part of via Lamarmora there is the relative parking.

Adjacent to the kitchen there is a laundry room with a washing machine and a basket for washing clothes. Ironing board and iron and there is also a vacuum cleaner.
If you have pets, please also bring their dog bed to be placed outside. Please also avoid letting them enter the house and not letting them get on sofas and beds, the cost of cleaning would be very high and unpleasant to request. Before your departure I ask you to dispose of any excrement from the garden. Only in this way can I continue to host your treasures.
Outside there is a shower but only with cold water to clean up the sand before entering the house and to refresh the warmest!
In the garage there are three bikes for your walks. There are also umbrellas and three deck chairs for your sunbathing in the garden.
The bedrooms are complete with blankets, and on request you can have linen (also for the bathroom) and the relative washes. In case I will contact you with Mr. Angelino who possibly, always at your request, can also take care of additional house cleaning, the price you agree. If you have a small child there is also a cot, a small bed that you can easily move to your room.
