Cocorito apartments, recently built, is the name given to 5 wonderful apartments, 'The Blue','The Orange','The yellow','The green'and 'The Red', all of which are independent and with a great sea view, that can accomodate up to 21 guests.
The apartment complex is located in Kaukana(or Caucana), a coastal village of Santa Croce Camerina(RG).The sea and beach is just 30 metres away and you can enjoy a free beach characterized by fine sand and a wonderful sandy seabed sea ideal for both children and adults.
Caucana is the ideal place for those who like peaceful vacation, but it is also a strategic crossroads for those who want to have fun and enjoy the 'movida', the bars, pubs, pizzerias, restaurants and picturesque local products stores typical of Marina di Ragusa (well-known for its suggestive touristic seaport which is one of the most beautiful ports of the Mediterranean sea since 2009).
Furthermore walking along the foreshore you can reach the small beach of Punta Secca, the setting of the popular television series 'Inspector Montalbano', based on the novels by Andrea Camilleri.
We will be glad to welcome you and to recommend you the most charming nearby places. At a distance of just 2 km you'll get to the wonderful beach of Randello, the natural Reserve of Irminio river,Ragusa is 30 Km away, within 25 km you'll reach the beautiful baroque Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Scicli, Noto, which are part of the wonderful area 'Val di Noto', inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In a few minutes you can easily reach the suggestive Castle of Donnafugata, which every year is the setting of many artistic and eno-gastronomic events.
in every apartment you will have central air conditioning or independent central heating in the coldest months,wi-fi system, a washing machine,a television,an ironing board, a clotheshorse, a large sunny kitchen (provided with a fridge freezer, an oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, some dishes, table linen such as a table cover, some dishcloths, kitchenware items); a cozy large living room embellished with a very comfortable eco leather sofa bed, where you can indulge in absolute rest for some time.
The rooms have either a double bed or two twin beds that can be connected to meet everyone's need. All the bathrooms have the shower enclosure and they are provided with hair dryers. On your arrival in every apartment you'll find linens for both the bedrooms (sheets, pillowcases and bed covers) and the bathrooms (for each person, 1 large, medium, and small towel and a bath mat as well).
The apartments are provided with garage and have a balcony or terrace with view equipped with a table and chairs.
