Great family vacation. We stayed for Thanksgiving and had a great time. The home is spacious and accommodating for multiple families. The house provides starter kits like mini soap shampoo and conditioner so Iā€™d recommend buying or bringing extra toiletries if youā€™re staying longer than a couple of days. Area is great, close to a lot of main attraction. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Family Birthday Celebration

We had family from Alabama and other areas of Florida join us at this wonderful property to celebrate my husband (their father/grandfather) birthday. The home was so well maintained and offered plenty of room for our group of 15. The home and its amenities exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay again!

The trip @ocean course!

Asides, of the home being perfect, the immediate communication and responses was above and beyond. We appreciated everything in the house including the amenities at the club. However, the Prices on food, drink, & quantity is a bit ridiculous. The free shuttle ride was an extraordinary service. Overall, the trip was a huge lit!!! We will be planning the second trip there in the future.

Others in my party tried to get in told i was not there. multiple times I tried to give id etc to gate - told not needed. Great Family Home

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The kids had a great time. Plenty of space for the kids to play and plenty to do between the game room, theater room, private pool, and neighborhood pools/lazy river. The communication with property manager was quick and efficient. There were some damaged pool sticks that they quickly replaced. The only reason I did not rate it a 5 was the overall cleaning. Though the basics were completed and cleaned, the home could use a deep clean. There were places that dust had accumulated in the kitchen and on decorations throughout the home. There was even a stain/smear on the sides of one of the beds. The baseboards and walls could use a cleaning but it didnā€™t impact our overall stay! This is a great place for families with kids of all ages.

Spacious, relaxing, and comfy

It was an enjoyable stay, as we intentionally booked to ensure more than enough room for an extended weekend to celebrate a college graduation. Although we did not utilize most of the rooms (our party did not include kids), I guarantee anyone staying with children would be pleased, as the themes of the children's rooms were adorable. I wish we would have had more time at the property to fully enjoy the amenities, such as the theater room, pool, and clubhouse. The kitchen is stocked with more than enough dinnerware, cookware, silverware, and storage containers to accommodate a large group; my only suggestion would be to ensure you bring spices/seasonings (at least salt and pepper), garbage bags, and paper towels, as these are not stocked (same with toilet paper and bath/hand soap). Plenty of bath and pool towels are available, and a few of the rooms have clothes hangers. The garage is equipped with a couple of game tables, and the driveway is small, so be prepared to park on the street if you have more than two vehicles. The neighborhood is still under construction, so you may experience some early-morning disturbances by large equipment (but hopefully it will be completed soon). Our bed was comfy, there's plenty of closet space, and the check-in/check-out process was simple (albeit a bit early for check-out).

House is perfect size! šŸ˜

This is a very nice house however it is need of some TLC, the carpets are dirty, the walls have been patched and not painted the same color, One of the pull out beds had hard sticky candy stuck to it (we took it off because we needed the bed) another bed has food up between the mattress and wall. The post states sleeps 30, but there is not enough silverware or seating to accommodate that many. There isnā€™t some of the necessities that I feel should have been there, no dustpan, no hot pads, no toaster, which I had asked about and you said because they draw Cockroaches but there are already cockroaches in this house. We rented the house for 6 days and there were only 4 garbage bags so we had to buy a whole package of bags for a couple of days, and I feel like having some aluminum foil, Saran Wrap, baggies toilet paper, paper towels, etc would have been nice without having to buy complete packages to add to our luggage. There also isnā€™t enough towels for 30 people to shower or use the pool. There are 2 chairs at the table that the bolts that hold the seat to the legs poke you in the butt, the furnishings are definitely on the cheaper side and uncomfortable. The house photos online are not current, our grandsons was so excited to sleep in the sponge bob room and the decal was not there, I know this is a small thing but it was a big thing to him. The recliners in the game room are not at all comfortable, when reclined the leg rest is slanted and hurts the back of your legs I feel like they are bent or partially broken. I would stay there again however it would nice to see it clean and comfortable as well as some of the day to day toiletries be there and not something we had to go buy! I am by no means trying to give a bad review, I would just like to see this house be more customer friendly. We didnā€™t like having to run to the store several times to get somethings that we assumed would be there. In all I will recommend this place and company, however I would like to see them put some of the money back into the property. We are already planning our next trip! Bedbugs Infestation

To say that I am disappointed is an understatement.. I didnā€™t want to leave this review but I wasnā€™t given another choice. I have sent numerous amounts of messages to the management team expressing my concerns to which I was ignored and was told ā€œ hope to see you guys soonā€. My family and I recently rented this property from July 16 - 23. On the first night of our arrival one of the bedrooms upstairs was infested with bedbugs. We did not realized it until we were getting ready for bed which was after midnight. I attempted to call the property manager for what seem like forever until I finally was able to reach ā€œBrunoā€. We sent videos and picture evidence of the bedbugs and we expressed how we no longer felt comfortable with staying at the residence. He stated he would try to find us another property to relocate to but to our surprise he never did. According to him there was no other rentals available. We had the option of getting a refund and leaving or leaving our property for 5 hours while an ā€œexterminatorā€ came in and killed the bugs. My family and I expressed to him that the first option did not suit us because our trip was booked in advanced, theme park tickets paid for, some of our party traveled from other states, etc.. it just didnā€™t make sense for us to leave when we have put in so much for this long awaited trip. However we did feel like we should receive some sort of compensation due to the inconveniences we all encountered. I express that to Bruno and he stated he would reach out to his manager to see what compensation they could provide. We were told the exterminator would be arriving first thing in the morning and he didnā€™t show up until 6:30PM. Our first two days were pretty much ruined due to this unforeseen problem. The exterminator show us pictures and videos of the infestation and told us how bad it really was. He stated no one would be allowed to use that room and ā€œsealedā€ it off using towels and plastic bags. The mattress was removed from the rental and taken away. We never received a replacement bed or at least an air mattress from DTB Florida Realty. The guest who were suppose to be staying in that room slept on the floor for the entire week. My messages to Bruno went unanswered and I am still waiting for a response, Iā€™ve requested to speak with a supervisor but my request has gone unanswered. And with that NEVER trust a ā€œbusinessā€ who tells you to leave them a good review and youā€™ll receive a discount for your next stay.

Pros: The house is spacious and the beds are comfortable. Good for big groups. House comes with two spots and street parking available for others. Easy to follow instructions. Wifi is good.Cons: There is a lot of wear and tear in the furniture: wobbly chairs, chair backrest so worn out that I almost fell back, sofa is somewhat worn out so you sink in. The pans aren't the best to cook with but sufficed. There was some areas of the house with low water pressure and the house wasn't exactly spotless when we came in but we made do. As for the check-in process, the community gate system is terrible, nearly an hour to get in even after our original check-in. This is outside of the control of the owners though.

Absolutely Amazing Experience

We were not only pleasantly surprised that the home exceeded our expectations, both in cleanliness and just overall comfort, but the entire property is great. Very safe and family oriented. We didnā€™t want to leave. It truly felt like home. We were a large party and the home was just perfect. No one wanted to leave to sightsee! Lol. Thank you again for hosting us. Wonderful experience

Overall it was a wonderful experience, the property manager was super friendly, helpful and responsive all the time. We found some dirty clothes behind a bed in one of the upstairs bedrooms, but besides that, everything was outstanding. Cleaning can definitely improve a little but I will definitely plan vacation at this location again.

Nice stay

The property was beautiful and beds were comfy. They had everything you needed in the kitchen! There was something to do all the time. My only complaint is that I was charged $100 for a urine stain that I KNOW my 25 year old niece didn't leave. I only noticed the stain on the mattress and not the sheets as I stripped every bed before we left. Please check mattresses before you settle in or you may be charged fraudulently like I was!
