Golf front in Polo Ridge ! This house is located on the championship Glenview golf course. Views of the golf course from the bedrooms , kitchen and the living/dining area. The property is so close to all the amenities Polo Ridge has to offer. Minutes to restaurants and stores on the included 4 seat golf cart ! The pool is 1 minute away when you want to cool off. This house has been updated from top to bottom. Vinyl plank flooring , baseboards, new paint , granite , furniture, vanity’s , lighting , kitchen supplies and more !There is a split floor plan which is great for when you have guests visiting. The master has a large walk in closet and a fantastic view of the golf course through the sliding door. One of the guest bedrooms also has a door to the lanai. The front porch is screened in and there is a HUGE lanai out back (14x36) overlooking the golf course. You'll feel like you are all alone with the gorgeous golf course views. You don't have to look at the back of another house here. Just settle in in the lanai with some wine and relax ! There is also a patio area off the lanai with a gas grill. The house has Internet , cable and a 60” tv. Beach towels , noodles cooler , and folding chairs for music at the square are there. Just bring your clothes and enjoy !
“Resident ID” passes for two people are included and we also provide the daily newspaper. Please note - I have a 28 day minimum and I prefer to book by calendar month. Please contact me if you’re looking to do something different. Thanks !!

Mark was a fabulous host. Communication was accurate and timely. Was there if you had any questions. Home was very clean and furnished with everything you would need. Great view of Glenview golf course. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful property and excellent location!

We were very pleased with our stay! The home was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The golf course view from the extra large lanai was fantastic! Fabulous location! Everything we needed or wanted was a short golf cart ride away. Mark, the property owner, was an excellent host. Very attentive and quick to respond to any needs. We would stay here again!

Don't Pass This One!

CLEAN, Beautifully decorated with new like furniture. Host is amazingly quick to contact! Huge Lanai. Loved the putting green on the Lanai. Has everything you need for an extended stay. We will rent here again.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this property. The home was exactly as described—beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. Every detail made the stay feel welcoming and stress-free, from the cleanliness of the space to the thoughtful touches throughout the home.The location was ideal, and the amenities exceeded expectations, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time.Most importantly, the owner was exceptional to work with—responsive, kind, and genuinely helpful. Their attentiveness made the entire process seamless, from booking to checkout, and added so much value to our experience.I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. We are already looking forward to returning in the future.

Perfect stay in The Villages

This was one great house in The Villages. The location was very convenient to grocery….restaurants….other shopping…..pools and all the other amenities that you find at the Villages. The home is very comfortable and stocked with everything you need to feel right at home. The backyard screened porch is the perfect place for morning coffee. Mark was an excellent host and helpful anytime I needed assistance with anything. I hope to be back again in the near future. Thank you Mark!

My wife and I were the first renters in this lovely home. The owner Mark was a pleasure to deal with and everything about this home was first class. Loved the view of the golf course from the lanai. Wonderful home and would certainly rent again.

View was amazing

The house was beautifully decorated. The view from the lanai was amazing. We spent a lot of time there drinking coffee, reading and having a glass of wine at night. The location is close to the swimming pool and shopping. The golf cart was a plus getting to the squares. The owner has thought of everything. They have pool noodles, beach towels and a cooler.

My mom and dad rented in The Villages for years and years. Now it’s just my dad so several years ago my Wife and I bought this house for him to use in the winter. Because of that we try to make sure it’s always in great shape and fully equipped so he can have the best time possible !

This location is so convenient. It’s super close to Publix, Ace , Walmart , Hobby Lobby , lots of restaurants and all the shopping that the Southern Trace area has to offer.

The golf course view from the back of the house is amazing. You’re directly on the Glenview championship golf course near the dogleg of the hole. You can watch shots to the green and it’s so wide open you have to see it to believe it !
