The loft layout is exactly as shown in our listing photos, including the ceiling height above portions of the bed. Like many loft-style mountain condos, the space features charming pitched ceilings that create a cozy sleeping area, though part of the loft does have lower clearance. We’re sorry this guest felt dissatisfied. The loft’s layout, including ceiling height, is clearly shown in our photos and description. The home was professionally cleaned and inspected prior to arrival, and after the guest’s departure both our on-site front desk team and cleaning staff rechecked the unit and did not detect any odors or maintenance issues. Regarding furnishings and rugs, these are regularly cleaned and maintained; no safety concerns or unusual staining were observed during either inspection. The guest chose to depart shortly after check-in without allowing time for an on-site resolution. We contacted our cleaning team immediately and followed up through VRBO. We did offer a partial refund if the reservation were canceled so the calendar could be reopened, but the reservation was not canceled and the dates remained blocked. As a result, a refund outside of policy was not possible. We encourage guests to review listing details carefully and to contact us during their stay so concerns can be addressed promptly.
