This Lakefront cottage #2, sleeps 5. Private dock and large screened-in porch with 2 tables for dining or enjoying a drink while overlooking beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee and a gorgeous mountain view. This cottage has 1.5 bathrooms, 1 large master bedroom with a king-size bed, 1 sleeper sofa and 1 single size rollout bed. Charcoal grill and utensils are also provided. You must provide your own linens and towels.

Our Piece of Paradise

This cottage exceeded our expectations. Clean, quiet and right on the lake. Having a private dock for our boat was also a big plus! Our hosts Lucky and Matt couldn't have been nicer and they really made us feel welcome. Great place to vacation!

Beautiful and quiet

The cabin is lake front. The location was perfect to attend Soulfest at Gunstock Mountain. It was quiet and peaceful. We fished, paddle boarded and swam. The owners were onsite when we checked in. We loved it!

Last minute getaway

Never know what to expect with a last minute booking. This was a wonderful surprise! Hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming without overstepping at all!! Great spot RIGHT on the water. Nice big dock for our boat and super easy spot to launch/dock from. Great location.

Great spot to just relax and do nothing.

We liked the property overall and really enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had was with the adjoining guests. Each cabin is provided a boat dock. The 'neighbors' to the left filled their dock with floats and the like, then proceeded to park their boat at our dock which are clearly numbered for the corresponding cabin. This also blocked the ladder on our dock from being utilized entering the swimming area. This was more a situational awareness scenario on their part, not the property owner's fault.

Tranquil and Relaxing!

The property was right on the water and exactly as promised. The screened in porch and dock is where I spent most of my time. The kitchen was well equipped and living room cozy. Huge bedroom with a perfect sunrise view which could use a dresser and bedside lamps. Bathrooms are small but the extra half bath was great. It was a great relaxing vacation and I would absolutely stay again!

Nice place, great location on Alton Bay. Only negatives were very tight parking and not much of it, and stairs and walkway to the dock could use some work but the actual dock is very nice.

A week on Winnepesaukee

These cabins are a hidden gem. Our cabin was very clean and well out fitted. Large and spacious. Morning coffee on the deck or the screened in porch over looking the lake watching the sun come up over the lake was awesome! Fishing from the docks rocked! I landed numerous fish including a 17” small mouth. Location is on a quiet low traffic road making it an ideal location. I would definitely go here again. The renters were quick to respond to any questions. My wife and I were very satisfied! 5 stars to us!

Perfect for a couple and a dog

We booked this property because it was dog-friendly. Matt was super-friendly at check-in, and we really didn't need a thing from him during our stay. It's definitely dated, but not damp, which is amazing for this lake considering other places we've stayed over the years. Heat and air conditioning worked well. Kitchen has the basics. Renters in other two cabins were friendly and respectful. Having a private dock for our jet ski was great, and the large fire pit worked great for my pyro husband :)

Great waterfront location! Hosts Matt and Lucky were friendly and easy to communicate with. You will not find a better combination of lake property, price, and convenience!

Picture perfect spot!

Great spot on a quiet part of Lake Winnie! Great community space for our family and friends to gather. Clean cabin with amazing screened in porch. Central air conditioning for the hot nights! Comfortable sleeping! Matt and Lucky were fantastic hosts! Already looking forward to returning next summer!!!

Relaxing stay

Had a wonderful time at this property making memories. We all loved being able to fish right off the dock and go swimming. Great communication with the property owner. We would definitely stay here again.

Early Fall at Banker's Bay

We had a great time staying at Banker's Bay. The cottage was cute & cozy with incredible sunrise views! Being able to bring our dog was great - we enjoyed ourselves. We even got in a little swimming!

Literally right on the water

Very clean quaint Cottage with everything you need the manager Matt is a stand guy I would rent again from them he was very attentive to any needs we had which weren't many

Not as advertised

The best part of this cottage was the view. We rented this cottage due to the private dock. When we arrived we taken back by the outside conditions. The cottage we had #2 was very rundown on the outside. The deck that should have led to our dock was boarded up, and looked like a total rebuild. The private dock we were suppose to use was out our door, down by the first cottage, and then walk to the dock. We felt that it was not what not what we signed up for, and after speaking with the owners we left, and they provided a refund. Overall it would have been ok...If the dock was attached to our deck..

Love this property - we will be back!

This is such a great location - it feels very private and has lake access with great views. While the property is older, it is very well maintained and very clean. The kitchen is well appointed, and we felt very comfortable. We rented two of the cabins with other family and having them so close was wonderful. The screened porch was a huge hit and served as our meal time spot every day. Swimming and boating from the Dock was super fun and easy. We will come again for sure and create some more family memories here. We had a misunderstanding at check-in that I thought might be a big problem, but Lucky and Matt were very patient and helpful and quick to communicate and we got things all sorted out. Great property, location, and hosts. Thanks guys!

What a great space! Our cottage was just the right size for our family of 4. We had friends in the other cottage and that space was great too. Very clean and welcoming with a nice little welcome package of s’mores. We hope to stay here again.

4th of July Vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation at Bankers Bay. The cabin was super clean and had everything you would need! The owners are super friendly and nice and it shows how much they love their cabins. I would love to go back!

Great getaway

This cabin was perfect for me, my husband, and our dog. We stayed for three nights. We loved the screened in Porch. We brought our boat and boated from the dock to Alton several times (great ice cream), and Meredith one day. The lake has some shallow areas with rocks so boaters beware. The house was great. I am an artist and was able to do a painting from the dock.

Our father purchased this property in 2000 as a 2nd home with plenty of room to accommodate all of his children and grandchildren to visit each summer. Our family has enjoyed years of family and friends vacations here and hope that you will as well.
