Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath Lake House is located on Curtis Lane (named after our Grandfather), a small road in a secluded area of Moultonborough Neck (the heart of Lake Winnipesaukee). The Options Are Unlimited! Cruise on the MV Mt Washington, on your own Boat or on a locally-Rented Boat, Waverunner or Kayak; Attend a Nascar Race at New Hampshire Motor Speedway; Bargain Shop at the North Conway/Tilton Outlet Malls; visit Prescott Park in Portsmouth, Storyland or Water Country; play Mini-Golf, Bowl or drive Go-Carts at Funspot; ride the Water Slide at Weirs Beach; see a Movie in Gilford or a Live Concert at Bank of NH Pavilion or at a Village Gazebo in Wolfeboro/Alton Bay. Attend a Craft Fair with local artisans in Alton Bay, Wolfeboro or at Gunstock; Stroll around your backyard woods; Nap on your dock/deck; Swim at your waterfront (jump off your raft); Fish off your deck; Enjoy Ice Cream/play Board Games/Read/Puzzles. The home is well-equipped and features spectacular views of the lake and mountains. A large deck runs the length of the house, facing the lake. The three bedrooms comfortably sleep 6 people (one with two queen beds, one with two with two twin beds and one with a queen bed). The dock is ideal for up to a 22ft boat and is easily accessible via the terraced stairs from the house. The house is 100% wheelchair accessible.

GREAT PROPERTY TO HAVE AN IDEAL VACATION OR WEEKEND AWAY!

This is an outstanding property on Lake Winnipesaukee! Itā€™s well-furnished and would be ideal for a family with children.The only downside is getting to it via a dirt road which can be challenging after dark.
The view from the deck is stunning!

Great place with a beautiful view of the lake. House is equipped for handicapped and/elderly if thatā€™s something you are looking for. The steps down to the dock however, can be challenging for some. Very private and peaceful. House is very well equipped with anything you might need. One thing that would be nice to add is a Keurig coffee maker. I would definitely stay here again.

We have been coming here for our staycation for at least 4 years now. The house is perfectly nestled in the woods with gorgeous view and private access to the lake. Moulton Farm, The Old Country Store, Castle in the Clouds are fun to visit and easily accessible.

We loved our stay and the view - especially sunrise - was amazing. We heard loons calling in the morning and it was very quiet at night. The house was charming and well stocked with most everything we needed. Communication was good with owners. We would definitely recommend this house for your lake Winni vacation!

Lake Winn House

Property is very quiet and private. Immediate shoreline is rocky but water is easily accessed with swim ladder. Once in the water the bottom is sandy throughout the area and drops off very gradually. About 3 feet deep near the dock. Great for swimming yet deep enough to bring a boat up to the dock. The mooring whips were great to tie our boat to. We made frequent use of the many kayaks, 3 bicycles, and ping pong table in the basement. The owners are very responsive and helpful. We will definitely try to book next year.

A group of six women stayed there because 50 years ago we were campers on an island in Lake Winnepesaukee. We used the firepit and swam off the dock.

Great family vacation home

This was our 4th time staying at this vacation home and as always it did not disappoint! The house is clean, kitchen well stocked and the views of the lake are spectacular! Plenty of outside seating on the porch overlooking the lake and a nice firepit arwa for smores!

Perfect location

This is our 4th year on Curtis Lane. We love its location. It is tucked in the woods and it is peaceful here. The deck has a gorgeous view of the lake. Sitting on the dock in the evenings, looking out to the lake and listening to the loons makes it a guaranteed zen place.

Peaceful week at the big lake

We have stayed at many different houses in the Meredith/Moultonborough area in NH. This house stands out as being very tidy and clean, as well as having plenty of elbow room inside and out. We only used the main bedroom, where the bed is quite comfortable and there is a view out over the lake from the sliding glass door. This area of the lake has a bit of boat traffic during the middle of the day, but is exceptionally quiet and still in the mornings when it is ideal to kayak. Finally, the setting of the house is wonderfully private, with great separation from adjacent properties. Overall this was a great choice for a week at the lake.

We couldn't be happier with our stay. The lake house was just as advertised. The house was very clean and accessable and had all of the accomendations. Beautiful views and a very peaceful place overall.

Beautiful Location, Handicap Friendly

Very nice house in a gorgeous setting, every bit as nice as advertised. The house is also very handicap friendly, with single floor layout, ramps and handholds. My 92-year-old mother-in-law had absolutely no problems getting around with her walker.

Another incredible stay on the lake

Thank you again so much for having us at your lakefront cabin. This is the most beautiful and remote location, with fantastic views, lake access, and lots of things to do in the area. Itā€™s also fully accessible so my mother, who is in a wheelchair, can be fully independent in the house. For these reasons I canā€™t recommend this cabin highly enough.

Beautiful lakefront property

We are return renters and we love this property! It is a private lot on a beautiful location right on the lake. There is a nice dock for swimming and fishing. The sunrise is spectacular from the spacious deck. We have had the best family vacations here!

There is nothing more special then the feeling of being waterfront and enjoy the amazing nature that surrounds us. We enjoy watersports, relaxing on our decks or hanging on our swim platform. At night time we go out and enjoy one of the great dining places around, go to the movies or just check out some of the neat local spots like Weirs beach.
