Lagoon front condo at St. Thomas Square located one block from the sandy white beaches of Panama City Beach! Beautiful lagoon view from your ground floor living room! Put your boat in for a day on the water (lagoon, bay, Gulf, or short ride to Shell Island) and park at our boat dock equipped with water, electricity, and a fish cleaning station. You can almost fish from your patio! We have on-site boat trailer parking. Watch wildlife and your boat from the comfort of your living room. Bring your kayak to enjoy in the lagoon. Or enjoy the on-site swimming pool, shuffle boards, tennis courts, outdoor grills, fire pit or sauna! Walk to restaurants, winery, arcade, go-karts, and night life! Located just 2.8 miles from the new Panama City Beach Sports Complex!

One king size bed, 1.5 bath, and queen size sleeper sofa! Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, stove/oven, full size refrigerator and freezer(ice maker) dishwasher, pots and pans, mixing bowls, measuring cups/spoons, plates, bowls, glasses, silverware and cooking utensils. Washer and dryer in unit. Smart TV.

PARKING INFORMATION: Parking pass is required for all vehicles, boats, trailers, and motorcycles. Please hang the parking pass from your rearview mirror in your vehicle and ensure it is ALWAYS visible! IF YOUR PARKING PASS IS NOT VISIBLE, YOUR CAR MAY BE TOWED AT YOUR EXPENSE. Additionally, please park in designated parking spots. PARKING IN ANY OTHER AREAS MAY RESULT IN TOWING. There is additional parking in front of the Plaza if needed.

Great place for a couple days at the beach. Property is walking distance to the beach as described. The hosts are very communicative and helpful! Can't wait to come back!

Short walk to boat dock!

Friendly people, helpful owners. Great spot. Nice waterfront view from patio. Also convenient to everything you need. I would like to own a place like this. I would definitely recommend this property.

Comfortable, clean, and near the beach!

We had a wonderful time in PCB. The condo was a good size and clean/comfortable. Located near many restaurants and shops. Only about a 3 minute walk across the street to the beach! We loved looking out at the Lagoon from the patio and the pool on the property is very nice. The hosts answered all questions quickly and kept good communication about check-in/out. I will definitely stay again!

Ready to go back

We could not ask for a better stay. The condo was clean and perfect for us 2. Donna and Charles were the best! We were able to dock our boat and we enjoyed our trips to Shell Island and fishing. We will be booking more stays with them.

Very clean, excellent communication, great location!

We had a wonderful stay at the location above. The property was very clean and the location is at the heart of Panama City Beach. It's a gated community with several amenities. Donna and Charles are exceptional VRBO property owners. They are very easy to get a hold of, communicates every well, and response time is fantastic!

Great location, great stay!

This was a perfect Labor Day weekend stay for us! The owners were so nice and easy to work with. The condo was extremely clean and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was very comfortable and we are pretty picky about mattresses. We loved having our boat right in view from the back patio. I have not stayed anywhere with carpet in as long as I can remember but we really liked it. We will definitely be back.

Sweet Little Get Away

We were drawn here due to the boat dock. It's hard to find places that are convenient with boat access. Its a short ride to shell island by boat. We were happy to discover there's a great pizza restaurant across the street and a Mexican restaurant steps from the property. We did a walmart grocery order and never left unless it was by boat. We couldn't even tell it was Memorial Day weekend. Donna is the sweetest host and will help you in any way. We will be back.

Happy With Stay

The owners were very helpful and very friendly. She answered every question and she kept in contact. The condo was very clean and exactly as pictured. We were very surprised with how they had stocked everything. We did not have to go out and buy anything except a few small things like our own bleach, fabric softner, washing powder, dishwasher packs, and toilet paper. We will definately stay again. The boat dock was a plus for us as much as we went out on the boat. It saved us the trouble and hassle of having to load and unload it everyday at a boat ramp and then having to figure out where to park the vehicle. At the boat ramp we put in at the very 1st day there, there were no parking spots. I would highly recommend. My only complaint was the people above us were very loud. Sounded like a herd of cows running across the floor all day and night. They finally left 2 days before we did. Then others came and stayed upstairs. Did not hear them as much.

Better Than Described!

This place is amazing! Ground unit. You pull right up to the door. No elevators, no parking garages, no HASSLE! Your back door opens to a beautiful waterfront view where you can watch gorgeous sunrises every morning. My boys fished every single day, just steps away from our room! I could literally see them from my couch! They loved it! We played shuffleboard for the first time (super fun if you've never played), used the sauna, the fire pit, swam in the pool, fished morning and evening, and rode bikes. PCB was packed out, yet we hardly saw anyone. It was like we had the whole place to ourselves! There is a coffee shop, a couple restaurants, and a Dollar General all within walking distance, so super convenient! Donna couldn't have been nicer! She texted us to make sure we made it to the room OK, told us the closest place to buy bait, checked in to see if we needed anything. Couldn't ask for better! This is the first time we've stayed at a place that isn't beachfront and I was hesitant about it, but we loved everything about it! I honestly don't think I ever want to deal with the hustle and bustle of another high-rise! This has everything we want. I can't wait to visit Donna and Charles's place again! This will definitely be our "go-to" spot in PCB!

Nice and Clean

This property is great. Nice and clean. Peaceful and quiet with a great view to what I think is called the Lower Grand Lagoon. A no brainer if you want to bring your boat down. Nice beach access across the street with public parking. The communication with the owners was great. Will definitely be coming back. Delisa

Perfect place

We’ve been going to PCB every summer for the past 5 years and this has been our favorite place to stay so far! Excellent communication with the owner, Donna. Condo was spotless. Quiet location and close to all of our favorite places. We can’t wait to stay here again.

Perfect getaway!

The unit was extremely clean and well decorated! The proximity to the dock was perfect, as we spent most of our time on the boat. Donna was amazing from the time this trip was booked back in April. Would rent here regularly for sure!

Wonderful place!

Long weekend with my sister. Great location, short walk to the beach. Cute condo,, nice view of the water. Quiet, gated community. Donna quickly responded to texts and we were able to check in earlier than expected. Definitely would stay there again!

Nice & Quite & Relaxing

From the moment we booked Donna has been nothing short of amazing! The booking process was easy, provided details about what we would need to bring and what was there. She kept me updated with information about check in! When we got their the place was spotless and smelled amazing our kids said it smelled like candy! It was nice to seat out in the morning and evenings on the patio so peaceful and quite!! Conveniently located near places to eat, shop and go carts right around the condo!! We definitely enjoyed our time and can’t wait to go back!

Nice property

We were skeptical at first with the property being across the street and for the awesome price. BUT it’s was fantastic! Just a few short steps and easy access to the beach. Woke to a quiet view of the lagoon. And the place was very clean and easy to access. I would definitely choose to stay here again!

Excellent Experience!

The condo is in a great location within walking distance of restaurants and other amenities. Very clean! Great view of the lagoon and we were able to use one of the boat slips on location. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. We will definitely e back.

We are a country couple who love the scenery and wildlife. We love looking out our door for hawks, deer and turkey at home in Georgia and pelicans, heron, egrets, osprey, fish and dolphins at our home away from home in PCB!!! The change in scenery is just what we wanted in our lagoon front condo.

The view and boat dock was what made us choose this condo. We looked online for years and looked at probably 30 in person and this one stood out above the others.
