I was really put back by this review. First off, the master bedroom lamp was broken from a guest trying to dry their swim outfits on top of the lamp shade. We did repair that lamp shade. I can't believe your assessment of the mattress. A new mattress was installed March 9, 2026 from Mattress Firm. I think your opinion may be misconstrued. The floors are always sweeped and mopped by housekeeping after ever guest stay. It's part of the housekeeping detail requirements. If that was a problem, you should had contacted me immediately for resolution. In my opinion, The furniture is not outdated. In the kitchen new stainless steel appliances as well as a new sofa sleeper in the living room. Im sorry you didn't review the photos of the condo before your booking. We take a lot of pride in our condo, and in-sure all guest complaints are rectified immediately.

Wow, I did not expect this response. Housekeeping cleaned the room prior to this guests check-in. All was done, linens cleaned, towels laid out, floors swept and mopped, trash removed, dishes cleaned etc. so then he calls and complains about floors, dust, and balcony. So, I called a third party cleaning crew to do a deep clean if the condo and told them to clean whatever the guest had issues with. The cleaning crew arrived the next day and spent 3 hours cleaning the condo top to bottom. I called the guest back to insure the crew completed the job to their satisfaction and he responded yes. Then I get this negative review how dirty the condo is. Sorry, but the Summit balconies were under construction for 3 months which include dust in the outside air which would eventually make through the sliding glass doors into the condo. The screen was broken by construction crew members which had not been repaired yet. I am so disappointed concerning this negative review after bending backwards to satisfy this guest. I hope he has “Happy Travels” else where
