3 Bedroom cozy ranch home in a quiet,safe neighborhood

This ranch style home feels like home! It has 3 bedrooms conveniently located at one end of the house with the bathroom next to them. The kitchen, dining area and livingroom are at the other end. This is all on one floor without steps except to go to the laundry, that is 1 step down, also 1 step up into the house outside.
Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds and double dressers & nightstands. The other bedroom has 2 twin beds and a chest of drawers and easy chair. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination, 1 sink and toilet.
There is central air. The heat in winter is also very cozy plus there is an electric fireplace in the living room.
Our grandson who is an EMT is living in the basement. He will not be in your section of the house while you are there but will have access to the laundry and garage part of the house. (this is a common area.) He will be taking care of the lawn and issues that may arise. He is also an IT man and can help with wi-fi if needed. He works fulltime during the day so he is out of his basement apartment a lot of the time.
This home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. There are 3 levels of deck in back of the house for you to enjoy as well as a gas grill and table & 4 chairs plus a sitting area with a settee set. There's a big yard in the back with fence most of the way around for children to play. (it is not fully inclosed) There is a playhouse with a sliding board and sand box for children.
The kitchen is stocked with tableware and cooking kettles and utinsels. The bedding and towels are all furnished.
There is a vacume cleaner, ironing board & iron there.
Since you will be staying 30 days or more we expect you to do some cleaning during your stay. Please clean the floors and the bathrooms regularly. There are cleaning supplies under the bathroom sink and in the laundry.
You are responsible for your own Laundry soap, Body Wash, Shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels. If there is some there when you arrive you are welcome to us it.
