Enjoy Full Resort Access and Ocean Views at KP247!

Welcome to 247 King & Prince! This nicely furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa located ocean front at the King and Prince Resort directly next to the resort hotel. The decor offers a soothing tranquil feeling, one that you would expect on vacation. The kitchen is well equipped, and completely upgraded with top of the line appliances, custom cabinetry, and granite countertops. The living area is spacious, and airy, featuring comfortable furniture to relax in while you take in the breathtaking ocean view, watch your favorites on the wall mounted flat screen TV. The 3 large bedrooms are arranged with 2 master suites, each offering a King sized bed, and one guest room offering 2 Twin sized beds - perfect for two couples, and children.

This condo does allow guests to access the full amenities of the King and Prince Resort, including the main pool, tennis courts, and fitness center. The King & Prince main pool is heated in the cooler months.

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants. Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc are not permitted.

Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Love The King and Prince and enjoyed the three nights we stayed at this property. The unit was spacious and had most everything we needed. The bonus was actually having the ice maker on and having ice already. We would return.

Lovely condo close to beach and amenities

Would highly recommend and would stay again. Comfortable condo (great beds!) in great location next to K&P Hotel and all amenities and beach. Whole experience was great. We will be going back!

Condo was very nice. The only issue was we could not find extra toilet paper and we were short a set of towels and bath clothes. The view was great and we dined at our island favorites the Crab Trap and Fredrica House

Nice Enough, Would Stay Again!

This condo was nice enough, the pictures are a little deceiving. It has been updated but it appears more updated than it is. The blue bathroom needs some work, the walls are all cracked from moisture and there aren’t any functioning towel bars. The furniture was very comfortable. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Clean, updated unit on the corner, so it may be more spacious than other units. Does still use a physical key to enter and originally was given only 2. After a quick call and a visit back to the rental agency, we were given a 3rd. Would stay here again.

HEY BEACH

The condo was beautiful and clean. There was a lot of rust around the door and door facing but I suppose that should be expected. We always enjoy going to K&P but this time the property seemed to be a little run down and not kept as nice as it was a few years ago. Echo is still very delicious and the service there is excellent. The beach in front of K&P needs to be fixed. There should not be that big canal with giant crabs in there that you have to cross to get to the ocean. That is simply ridiculous.

No GRACE!

A fantastic week was ruined the morning of check-out. For starters, we are a family of 5 (my husband and I, our 2 kids and our 92 year-old Grandmother - who requires walker/wheelchair. In short, housekeeping was at our door at 10:00am to clean our unit, we weren't quite ready but we let her in so she could start cleaning, we vacated the unit around 10:30. Then I got a text and email saying I would be charged a late fee for not being out at 10:00am because the unit had to be ready at 4pm. I totally understand that, which is why we invited housekeeping into the unit to start cleaning as we finished getting my mom and kids out the door. Anyway, we've travelled with my Mother dozens of times and this is the FIRST TIME we have EVER BEEN RUSHED OUT OF A PROPERTY by housekeeping. Additionally, the unit needs work - front door lock is very difficult to unlock with key; screen doors to balconies were off the tracks and couldn't close; the TV in the family room DIDN"T WORK; ran out of Hot Water if more than one person took a shower. Anyway, I guess this is a clear case of putting the health concerns and special circumstances of your guests BEHIND collecting hefty fee for a late check-out. Will NOT be staying in this unit EVER again!

Great Family Beach Trip

My husband and I met our youngest son, his wife, and two grandchildren for a memorable beach trip. They came from Maryland and we are from Georgia. We had not stayed here before, but we would certainly stay again. The property was exactly as described. Our grandson said it was "the best beach trip ever."

Unit was in disrepair and neglect for the price. TVs didn’t work properly . No internet or HD.

Would not recommend this property. Too many issues to list for the price we paid.
