VILLA TURQUESA - Stylish large, bright villa near the beach, sea views

A fantastic villa spread out over a single floor, ideal for two families or a group of friends sharing holidays, with stunning sea views. It is very-well designed and contains spacious and bright rooms, with stylish decor and high-quality furnishings, within our standards Quality Club. It is ideally located, in a quiet, beautiful area, close to the Binibeca and Punta Prima beaches.

VILLA TURQUESA features 4 large bedrooms (2 doubles and 2 twins) with fitted wardrobes, 2 complete bathrooms (one ensuite with a bath, and one with an easily accessible, large shower, especially designed for people with reduced mobility), and a pretty and cheerful, fully-equipped kitchen with is joined to a large and stunning living&dining room, with high ceilings, wonderful sea views and access to the terrace. This specially designed villa contains two independent wings (each of which has two bedrooms and one bathroom) with separate access to the living room. The wings are joined together through a large hallway, allowing each family to enjoy their own privacy, whilst also remaining close to their friends.

The huge covered terrace, very well equipped and featuring a portable BBQ, is ideal for family meals and relaxing while enjoying the incredible sea views. This is in addition to the swimming pool with support handrail for people with reduced mobility, and sun terrace (which are surrounded by gardens and relaxing areas), ping-pong table etc.

The villa can accommodate up to eight people. This may be increased up to 10 by adding two extra cots or beds (an extra charge will apply).

Nestled in the wonderful natural environment of the exclusive S'Atalaya, which is less crowded than other nearby Binibeca areas, VILLA TURQUESA is a five minute drive from both the Binibeca and Punta Prima beaches where you will find restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc. The charming Cala Biniancolla is a short 10 minutes’ walk from the villa, featuring a small harbour, bathing areas, restaurants/bars and a water park. Another nearby point of interest is the picturesque Cala Torret, just 4 minutes away by car: here you will have access to nice restaurants on the seafront, a supermarket and platforms to swim in the turquoise waters.
