An amazing luxury mountain rental located on Sugar Mountain in N.C. If you are looking for the perfect vacation home for your family, this is definitely it! Sitting at 5300 ft above sea level on Sugar Mountain, you will find this 5 bedroom, 4 bath home sleeps twelve (14) guest comfortably and meet all your vacation needs. We are located only minutes from the slopes of Sugar Mountain for winter skiing, snowboarding, ice skating and snow tubing. In the Spring and Summer months, you can go mountain biking, hiking, play golf, gem mine, play putt putt, tube or kayak on The New River, go white water rafting, ride an alpine coaster, shop, etc. . Located in Banner Elk, on Sugar Mountain you are just mins. to the entrance to Sugar Mountain Ski resort, a short drive to Beech Mountain Ski Resort, Valle Crucis, Boone or Blowing Rock and are close to many other tourist attractions including: Grandfather Mountain, Tweetsie Railroad, Linville Falls/Caverns, Hawk’s Nest, a variety of restaurants, shops and many others attractions.

The Home Features:
As you enter the Trinity, you are welcomed by an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings and a floor to ceiling stone fireplace to get warm and cosy by. The living room also has a wet bar, comfortable newly installed seating, & a TV w/Roku. The spacious kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots/pans and cooking utensils to make cooking a family meal easy & enjoyable. There is a breakfast area with table that sits 8, a high bar with 4 barstools and the dining room table sits 8 so there is room for everyone. If you prefer to be outside, the deck has a grill, outdoor dining table that sits 6, additional seating and a large hot tub to enjoy after your meal! You will love the large primary bedroom with king bed, TV, large primary bathroom with dual vanities, tiled shower and separate jacuzzi tub. There is also a private door that leads to the deck and Hot tub. 3 additional bedrooms are located on the main level, all with TV's and all decorated with mountain decor. (1 BR w/King, 1 BR w/queen & 1 BR w/queen bunkbeds) and 2 additional full baths. The 5th bedroom is located above the garage and has 1 queen bed & 2 single beds, a TV and the 4th (newly added) full bathroom. The garage has been converted into a 2nd living area/game room w/heating & A/c, carpet, sofa & chairs, an 86" smart TV, pool table, stand up video arcade w/60+ games, an electronic pinball with 100's of different choices of pinball games and a Golden Tee golf game providing entertainment for any age! The property itself is flat offering a great option for outdoor play. There is a basketball goal and corn hole boards to keep the whole group active! To complete your evening, you can choose to get in the large bubbly hot tub or enjoy the wood burning stone fireplace with seatwall and Adirondack chairs. Great area for roasting marshmallows and sharing fireside stories.

The Trinity is sleeps 14 guest with 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths and has a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. The front of the house has a covered porch with gliders & bench seating. Wifi is provided.
