Getting Around:
A car is recommended to explore the area comfortably. The condo is just 2 miles from the nearest restaurants and groceries and 3 miles from Sugar Mountain Resort. In winter, a 4WD vehicle is recommended due to mountain roads. Parking is available directly outside the condo. Boone, Beech Mountain, and Grandfather Mountain are all within a 10–20 minute drive.

Other Things to Note:
Please note this is a first-floor condo with another unit above. In winter, a 4WD vehicle may be necessary during snow or icy conditions. The unit does not have air conditioning, but mountain breezes and elevation keep it cool in summer. Guests have access to a free community laundry room and in-unit laundry machines.
