The second floor has one bedroom, two baths, and a family TV den with double doors opening onto a sundeck. Additional amenities include spacious covered parking, hot/cold outdoor showers, and lovely landscaped yard.

North Litchfield Beach is a residential beachfront community with direct access to the Waccamaw Bikeway, so bring your bikes (or rent)! Head north to the fascinating Brookgreen Gardens or to Huntington Beach State Park to see shorebirds and wildlife inhabiting the fresh water and saltmarsh estuaries. Head south to shop, find great local dining and explore the charm of Pawleys Island.
