The Space
2,200 sq ft of comfortable, fully-equipped beach house across two levels. Sleeps 10.
Upstairs: 3 king bedrooms + 1 twin room, 2 full bathrooms, living room with 60” TV, and a fully stocked kitchen with all-new appliances (fridge, stove, dishwasher, dual Keurig).
Downstairs: Private suite with 2 full beds, full bath, mini-fridge, and Roku TV — great for teens or guests wanting their own space.
Outside: gas grill, outdoor dining, enclosed shower, front ocean-facing porch, back yard porch, and a large paved area under the home — perfect for kids, cornhole, and ladder ball.

All beds made. Towels provided. Starter supplies stocked. High-speed WiFi. 6 TVs. Full washer/dryer. Pack ’n Play, highchair, and baby gear on hand.
Pets
Two dogs welcome (under 50 lbs) with prior approval and a $250/dog non-refundable fee. Request our Pet Addendum to get started.

Tucked near the end of a quiet dead-end road — peaceful and private — yet minutes from Pawleys Island beach access, golf, seafood restaurants, and shopping. Brookgreen Gardens, Huntington Beach State Park, and Myrtle Beach all within easy reach.

• Summer stays (late May–early Sept) are Saturday–Saturday only
• Maximum 10 guests; all guests must be listed at booking
• Primary renter must be 25+; no third-party rentals
