Come make memories in this cozy Beach Bungalow.

The Beach Bungalow is a one bedroom with a pull out sofa that sits on the lake. The bedroom has a Queen size bed with ceiling fan and tv in the room. The family room has a recliner, and a queen size sofa that pulls out into a bed. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need.

Relax in the swing on the covered front porch. There is also a picnic table and chairs for relaxing.

The Bungalow has Custom Golf Cart on property to reserve if needed (MUST BE 21 to operate) This is a "OPTIONAL fee if needed"....

Great Location

This house is perfect for a weekend getaway. It’s located on a quiet street in Ocean Lakes and just a short golf cart ride to the beach. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect size for 2 people. Beautiful and very cozy!! Huge porch and very clean. Wonderful view of lake and fountain. Owner was very easy to communicate with and helpful. We will definitely be back!!

Great relaxing trip

The property was fantastic located away from all main events and traffic. Nice deck set on and enjoy the morning sun and evening breeze. Only suggestion would be to fix sliding door handle before someone get cut or other injury.

We had the best time! From the booking to the end of our stay our host took every phone call immediately! He made sure we had everything we needed and is very accommodating! We enjoyed the front porch and the pond out back! The golf cart was a bonus! They went out of their way and brought us the golf cart and checked on us to be sure we had everything we needed! Service I have never seen!

Quintessential Beach Cottage

Very comfy and cozy little bungalow for our party of two. Fantastic porch for relaxing with a friend or book, coffee or beer, full dinner or a bag of chips. Kitchen was clean and up-to-date with nice appliances perfected with great coffee maker AND Keurig machine. Bed was comfortable. Instant hot water and great water pressure. Living room was bright and airy with lots of windows along with a back view of the pond. This bungalow was set back off the road giving a feeling of a private retreat which we loved amidst the hustle & bustle of Ocean Lakes. Watty (the host) was a gem, very friendly, and communicative. He was proactive in making sure we were all set and enjoying our stay. If you're looking for a quaint, easy, unassuming sweet retreat....this is the spot!

Mold and lots of other issues

We did not finish our stay as here as was severe mold in every room. The sliding door was being held together with tape. The closet broke. The water pressure was terrible and goes cold after 4 minutes. I have never been as disappointed as I was arriving here. Ocean Lakes is a great place to stay in any other house than this one.

Spring break

Property was in a quiet location and had a nice view of the lake from the living room. The kitchen was updated with new appliances. The interior color scheme was very pretty and the decorations gave a beachy feel. There were quite a few light bulbs out in the bathroom, bedroom, and on the front porch. There were some items that were broken and it smelled musty when we walked in. We saw clumps of dust throughout the home.

Perfect stay for our family of 3!

We had an amazing stay at 6020 Sandpiper! Ginger and Brian were responsive and available any time I needed them and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable, and we were taken care of from (prior to) arrival to departure. They made sure we had extra linens and the home was spotless upon our arrival. When I called to let them know the golf cart needed a charge (we didn't have the right charger), they provided a completely new golf cart before we could even get back from the beach. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had all new appliances and every necessity we needed. The decor has also been updated since the pictures for the listing were taken. The home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and the front porch was our favorite place to relax. The pics in the listing don't do this property justice! We would love to book this property, again!

DO NOT RENT! AWFUL EXPERIENCE

I am not a stickler when it comes to vacation rentals but this was even more than I could take! Upon arrival we could not get in because the key was not left as indicated, but the door was unlocked. Not sure that is safe. The air was not working and we were given one set of sheets that didn’t fit either bed. We had no towels but we got 4 wash cloths. The place was dirty and smelled like bug spray. Ceilings had water damage and the blinds were full of dust. On the second day we finally got towels and sheets at 7:30 pm. The air was fixed the following day at 5:30 pm. The liaison for the owner did her best but she didn’t have much to work with in this unit. Under the sofa was food and the bathroom had not been cleaned. The golf cart had an expired tag. This was the worst experience I have ever had with VRBO!

The bathroom floor needs to be repaired/reinforced. It was sagging up against the tub and the floor of the tub was very spongy. There also appeared to be mold on the bathroom walls.

Quiet and cute

This home was perfect for 3 adults and a toddler. To our surprise the Inside had many new updates including new appliances. However, it was the spacious porch that sold us. Watty was very responsive and accommodating. I did like the fact he wanted to stay on the phone to make sure we got into the home with no issues. My family and I have vacationed at Ocean lakes for many years and we hope to rent from Watty again in the future! Very pleased

If you want a nice relaxing vacation I would not recommend.

I have never had such a hard time renting a vacation home. It started when I arrived. I went to the front desk to check in and the host did not call to put our names on the list. We were supposed to be on the list by 4pm and by this time it was 530pm. So I had to call him and he seemed to be a bullshitter and always had an excuse. The front desk worker said that this was not an uncommon thing for this owner …. So we finally get in. There was half a roll of toilet paper, and no hand soap in the whole place. Which both said they were provided in the listing. I messaged him a few times with no answer so I needed up calling the next day. He said he was not a maid service and he was only providing a starter roll of toilet paper and not any more. So then I asked about the golf cart and if I could rent it. When i booked, I got a message from the host saying it was an option to rent the golf cart but I wanted to wait to get there and see if I would need it or if I could manage the walk to the beach. So when I asked, he continued to talk to me like I was stupid and made me go back in my messages to reread what he sent me about the golf cart and asked why it was overlooked. I explained that it wasn’t and I knew it was able to be rented but I didn’t know if I wanted it or not. And I decided I wanted it so I was now asking. He said I could Venmo him $200 and he would have someone bring the keys over. So I did. He calls back 5 min later stating the key was actually at the house already and accused me of misplacing it. The next morning I go to start the golf cart and it wouldn’t run. I called him again and he accused me of using it and not plugging it in. I reassured him that I had never drove it and that I had just called him to rent it the evening before. He was very rude and this turned into a huge altercation in which I just asked to be reimbursed for the golf cart. Because we couldn’t get it running. He said no and that we would get it running. We did eventually get it running…. So let’s fast forward to the next day. The AC stopped working. It was 87 degrees in this house. I am 7 months pregnant and have a 4 year old. I called him multiple times that day to tell him and no answer. So the next day I called all morning… no answer. He finally answered at 530pm and his response was “it’s 530 there is nothing I can do you should have called earlier” we went from Tuesday-Friday with no AC. it was never fixed. It was th worst vacation I have ever had.
