Ground Level
You leave the terrace and enter directly into the heart of the house – the kitchen.
The ground level is open and bright with large, French doors opening onto terraces to the south and east.

A w.c is available on this level and every other level. The flooring is in original deep red tiles. In contrast, the walls are white with large, sumptuous paintings and charming antique features, such as ornate radiators. Air Con is provided in the summer months.

First Floor
The master bedroom has wooden beams and tiled flooring. The bedroom and ensuite bathroom offer a shower and w.c. Similarly, there is air con on this level too.

Second Floor
On the second floor, there is a twin bedroom with wooden beds (90cm). There is a w.c. beneath the stairs.

Third Floor
The top floor provides another bedroom accessed through a door at the top of the stairs. This room opens onto a terrace and ensuite bathroom.

Independent Studio
To the right of the main entrance terrace, you will find the doors to an independent studio. The style is simple with tiled floors and there is a ceiling fan for summer.
