Your Nest in the Woods Condo - 100 Yards to Slopes

Relax to the sound of a babbling brook from the balcony of this beautiful condo located at the base of Sugar Mountain. Just a short drive to golf and tennis and within walking distance to the ski slopes, this condo features a fully equipped kitchen, a stone fireplace with gas logs, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a bathtub with jets. This unit will sleep 6 with a King-sized bed in the master bedroom, 2 Twin beds in the guest room, and a sleeper sofa in the living area. Enjoy access to the Branches Clubhouse where you may relax under a big-screen TV, read from the collection of books, or join in a game of foosball or ping-pong. Non-smoking. No pets allowed. No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests required to sign their rental agreement within 7 days of booking.

Good for what we needed!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property location is why you stay here as it is a walk on and off the slopes lodging. Everything seemed to be in working order, but the unit and the condos as a whole are quite old and dated. ALso note that there are alot of steps to get to the slope and it is the busiest of slopes at Sugar Mt.

Branches 2 - Quick weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect! The condo itself was clean but dated. There are as also repairs needed (doors missing or off hinges). Also, the sheets were clean. However, blankets and bedspreads were musty.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I enjoyed the location and the lay out of the condo. Everything seemed clean with the exception of the carpet in the thin bed room appeared to be unvaccumed (chip crumbs) and disturbing black mold in the master bathtub. The master bath tub did not drain well and the tea kettle is rusted out on the inside and therefore unusable. I strongly recommend updating the bedspreads, carpet and lamps. They are old and give appearance of uncleanliness as a result.

Best vacation !!!!
