Spacious one level 4 bedrooms home in a quiet neighborhood. Conveniently close to Nike World Headquarters, downtown Beaverton, restaurants and family-friendly activities. 90 minutes to the beach. Around 25 minutes to Portland depending on traffic.

The space
This is a spacious single-level house with four bedrooms, two full baths, two living and dining spaces.

The internet speed is one gigabit, symmetrical, download and upload speeds are the same, with WIFI mesh repeater system in place. Unlimited Netflix, national news channels, weather, and PBS on the high-definition TV. (No cable TV, we have Roku box with the channels as described)

You also have access to a covered deck, lower deck, and small private back yard.
Guests have access to the whole house, except the garage and 2 locked closets.

There are three large off-street parking spaces in the driveway as well as street parking.

We have exterior cameras to monitor the outside of our house. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may, at the owner's discretion, result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights' rents.

Please note that we do have a rigorous "No street shoes in the house" policy to keep the house and floors clean.

The house is family friendly but not necessarily child-proofed. If you are traveling with children, please specify ages and number.
