Greensboro, Kernersville, High Point, Pilot Mountain, Rural Hall, King, Tobaccoville are all within reasonable driving distances (between 15-30 mins to many given destinations). A Great spot if you're traveling in between locations.

There are Blink security cameras in the front of the home (please do not disturb the equipment). There will be a $250 charge for any smoking that goes on INSIDE of the property. Feel free to smoke outside and dispose of trash accordingly

Excellent rental

We made a girls weekend trip to visit my daughter at college. This property was in a perfect location only 20 mins to college, but 5 min to all the necessities. Great communication with Ivan, clean property, was all that it was expected to be. Definitely recommend renting this property. Ivan was quick to respond if I needed anything. Overall a good experience. Host communicated very well leading up to the trip and responded to messages in a timely fashion. He even checked in during our stay to see if we needed anything. House was clean and was as advertised.

We were here for my sons graduation from High Point University. House was close to the interstate easy to get to campus. Recommend Camel City BBQ in Winston-Salem for anyone staying!

Great place. Nice neighborhood

The house was super clean. Beautifully simplistic. Owner VERY attentive. Excellent communication. It was wonderful for our family. We have 2 teenagers and it was a blessing for them to each have their own space. It was also nice for all of us to move around. The house is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants and stores. Also close to downtown Winston-Salem. Thirty minutes from Greensboro. Helpful hint: make dinner reservations in advance if you are traveling Thursday through Saturday. Restaurants super busy.

Ivan was the BEST host

I loved the condition of the house, the laundry facilities and the well-stocked kitchen... And the most amazing part was the easy communication with Ivan, the host. Id stay there again in a second, because it was clean and nice -- but also because the owner is a very nice person!

Winston-Salem Thanksgiving Break

The property was very clean. It was close to everything in Winston-Salem including UNCSA and great restaurants. It also only took about 30 minutes to get to the mountains. There was plenty of space for our family in the house. We were even able to make Thanksgiving dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. The owner was quick to respond to any questions before, during and after our stay!

Just what we needed

In town for a family event and needed a place to stay. This place checked all of our boxes: clean, comfortable, and quiet. Great communication from the owner. Would not hesitate to rent this house again on our next visit to the area.

Missing the basics for comfort

Our stay was not as comfortable as we hoped. The beds were very hard and the blankets were too thin. The towels were also low quality. Most items in the home seemed as though they were second hand, for example cracked dishes, worn out towels and pillows, and there were no amenities to make it more homey and comfortable. For example, no body wash, soap, shampoo or conditioner. No end table or coffee table in the living room to set anything down and actually want to hang out in there. Overall it was clean, there was just no effort to make it comfortable, stylish or warm. I would not recommend staying for long periods. For a short trip and a basic roof over your head, it was fine if you expect nothing else.

Clean, Comfortable, Convenient

The house is spotless and even has hand sanitizer and masks upon entering (essentials in this pandemic era). I had made a typo initially when entering my email address so I did not receive the contactless check-in information. But Ivan was promptly available to help us get in the house, even though we arrived from a long day of travel at half past midnight! Life saver! We made use of the available laundry, allowing my family of 5 to return from our travels with all clean clothes. The house is in a lovely residential neighborhood, quiet and it's easy to find. Very relaxing. Go see the botanical gardens when you're in town!

Great Experience at this Property

This was our first experience using VRBO and it was amazing. Our host made everything easy, which made our stay worry-free. He was very responsive to our needs and was available for any and all questions. The home was well equipped with everything we needed during our stay and we didn't feel any limitations staying at this property. Everything at the property was in good working order and the A/C kept us very comfortable in the hot and humid climate of North Carolina. The neighborhood was very quiet both day and night. We would definitely stay at this property in the future! Our first VRBO experience was a great experience!!

So clean!!

This property was perfect for our stay. Ivan was great with communication for the whole trip. Itā€™s a in a great neighborhood. Easy access to a road with everything on it (food restaurant) and easy access to freeway for more fun. I couldnā€™t get over how clean the place was and Iā€™ve stayed in a lot of short rentals. Overall was very impressed and will absolutely stay again when we visit our family in Winston-Salem. Thank you Ivan!

Pretty great, only a single complaint from mom.

Property was excellent, really nice and clean. Bed was comfortable, and the couches were really comfy to sit on. Ma says that the couches looked dirty, but I couldn't see anything wrong with it. Overall, no real complaints.

Close to everything

We enjoyed our stay here. House was clean,easily accessible and the owner cared. Master bed was hard and could use a coffee table in living room. We would recommend staying here for sure

Great spot for the weekend

This location was perfect for a long weekend visiting family for the Holidays. The home was super clean, and was comfortable for 5 people. Location was quiet, but convenient to everything we needed.

Very well maintained property, extremely clean, the amenities are very selective and helpful..

My family of four were extremely comfortable and the motion sensor lights are a great safety feature.. I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the Winston-Salem area and especially for individuals that prefer house accommodations over hotel accommodations,,,
