Relax & Rejuvenate: With one of the largest pools in the area, accompanied by a separate spa, and a cooling breeze from the lake, this home was made for relaxation. The outdoor space also features a playground, perfect for kids just a few minutes from the villa.
The Golf Club at Terra Lago: Located just minutes away, this renowned golf club offers one of the most challenging 36-hole courses, winding through the foothills of the Chocolate Mountains. The club also features two putting greens, a driving range, and a practice hole. It’s the perfect spot for golf lovers, having previously hosted the PGA Tour Skins Game from 1999 to 2002.

We have 2 parking spots in the garage, 2 in the driveway. If you have additional car, you cannot park it anywhere on the street, please reach out to us in advance. HOA only issues extra 10 street permits a month/property and we have to order in advance to accommodate the extra vehicle. They are available only upon availability. HOA will fine all the vehicles parked on the street after 9.30pm. All parking fines will be billed to the guests, no exceptions. Please plan for 4 vehicles, larger vehicles parking in the driveway. We do not want any inconvenience to you and are here to help you, please reach out if you have any questions. No Campers or commercial vehicles are allowed in the community.
Terra Lago is a gated community and all guests will need to provide first and last names of all adult guests in order to be able to go through the community gate. All Guests Must be added at time of reservation on the platform. Please kindly do so anytime up to 24 hours before your stay.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate. All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:00pm the evening prior to check out.

In utilizing the swimming pool amenities ("pool"), you Will be expressly assuming the risk, legal liability, waiver, And release of all claims for injuries, damages, loss or Death which you, your family members, guests, invitees And licensees (collectively, "Pool Area Users") might Sustain as a result of utilizing any and all amenities Connected with and associated with the pool. I and the Pool Area Users agree to abide with the rules of The pool ("Pool Rules"). I Understand that landlord, its Officials, directors, agents, employees, volunteers and Representatives (collectively, "landlord") retain the right To restrict access to the pool for the failure of any person to comply with the Pool rules.
WARNING! THERE ARE OBVIOUS KNOWN DANGERS INHERENT IS SWIMMING ACTIVITIES. FOR EXAMPLE:
PHYSICAL INJURY, AND IN SOME CASES, DEATH.
I. INDEMNIFICATION AND RELEASE OF LIABILITYIn exchange for the landlord allowing me to voluntarily Utilize the pool, I understand and agree to: ASSUME AND ACCEPT ALL RISKS arising out of, Associated with or related to my and the Pool Area Users' Use of the pool, even though such risks may have been Caused by the negligence of the Landlord;
2. BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE which I and the Pool Area Users may sustain while using the pool, even though such injury, damage, loss or death may have been caused by the negligence of the Landlord; INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Landlord from any And all claims, demands, actions, liability or costs, Including attorneys' fees, which might arise out of my or The Pool Area Users' use of the pool, even though such Claims, demands, actions and costs may have been Caused by the negligence of the Landlord. a) has the effect of releasing, discharging, waiving, and forever relinquishing any and all actions or causes of action that I may have or have had, whether past, present or future, whether known or unknown, and, whether anticipated or unanticipated by me, arising out of my or the Pool Users' use of the pool; b) constitutes a complete release, discharge and waiver of any and all actions or causes of action against Landlord;
c) applies to personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death which I and the Pool Area Users may suffer, even if caused by the negligent acts or omissions of others;
d) is an affirmative representation that I am assuming full responsibility for any and all risk of death or or personal injury or property damage suffered by me and the Pool Users while utilizing the pool; and
e) is binding on me, my spouse, my heirs, my personal representatives, my assigns, my children and any Guardian ad litem for said children.
I. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
I acknowledge that by using the pool I have read this Waiver & Release and that I understand the words and language in it. I further understand that this waiver & Release is intended to be broad and inclusive and Governed by the laws of the state of California, and i agree that if any portion is held invalid, the remainder of the Waiver & Release will continue in full legal force and effect. Commercial, Prohibited and vehicle with any signage/logos are not allowed on property between the hours of 6:00pm and 7:00am. This includes vehicles and vans designed to accommodate more than 10 passengers. Failure can/will result in a fine per citation.

Terra Lago is a private gated community. All guests need to be added with security in advance to enter. No parties and no open invitations, registered guests only. No swimming or body contact with lake. There is a $1000 fine by the HOA for swimming, fishing and boating in the lake.
