This condo is very unique! 30ft tall windows give you great feel of the city, but yet it tinted and mirrored from outside for the privacy. 20 FT wide projector and new TV and voice operation system gives great experience to watch movies, sports, business presentations and your travel pictures.
Condo is step away from great restaurants, bars, Van Adler arena, museums, skate rink and more. Pets are welcome.

Thoughtfully designed 2 story loft located in the heart of downtown on Monroe Center street. Great for business meetings, gatherings and travelers with pet companions.Beautiful Monroe center street and downtown offers shops, restaurants, night life, concerts, ice skating rink, river and more.

Welcome to stay with your pet companions. Pet fee will apply. Please contact if you have more then 1 pet and if you are planning to do a big gathering.

Great Location, cool condo!

This place is cool, beautiful loft with nice furniture and high end appliances. It is only one bedroom, and is listed for 9 - however, the floor mattresses, and sleeper sofa were not too comfortable. It did not seem like there were enough towels for our party of 5 either. We were just there for one night, so no big deal, but I'm not sure my back could take it for more nights. Also, there is a great projector TV but no written directions, so we were unable to use it. If you go, be sure to get the directions before you get there.

Disgustingly Dirty with Dishonest Host - Avoid

The property was difficult to locate. The unit was in disrepair (leaking shower, etc.). The toilet bowl was black and dirty! The entire unit looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. THE BED LINENS HAD NOT BEEN CHANGED OR WASHED, wads of hair on the bedroom floor, living room and kitchen floors were dirty and not mopped. We were shocked! We took pictures and sent them to Marita, the host. She is an out-of-town owner and her cleaners informed her that they cleaned it. Another lie. We requested a full refund and she agreed twice and texted "don't worry about refund". But to date has NOT kept her word and has been difficult to work with. This nightmare caused much hardship and anxiety as we could not find alternative lodging for hours. Two days later she informed us that she had other units for rent. Not helpful. Don't be fooled by the pictures or location. So we're still waiting for VRBO or host to remedy this and refund ALL our money as she promised via text message. She kept over half of the money she took from us and we never even stayed in the awful place. Rest assured we won't ever stay with VRBO or Marita again.

Nice Loft, good stay overall, just no toilet paper!

The loft was clean, in a great location, and was overall a good stay. The brick inside and high ceilings gives it a really cool feel! We didn't use the projector (we were only there for 1 night), but I imagine it'd be great to watch from the bed in the loft area. The regular TV had all the streaming apps and was great. There's also tons of snacks in the kitchen! My only complaints are that I don't think the maids came between the last check out and our check-in - both bathrooms had empty toilet rolls hanging and there was no toilet paper in the entire condo, which is just kind of odd. Also, there were sheets in the washer which had not been moved to the dryer. And the trash cans had trash in them. The bed was not made - there were some sheets in the laundry room which I believe were clean, but my friends and I just ended up sleeping in the living room on floor mattresses the condo provided, which were comfortable. overall great place to stay in Grand Rapids!!

Our best Experience we have had!

My girlfriend and I rented this space for a Friday night to explore Grand Rapids. Host was extra gracious to even have let us have a late checkout. This condo has an amazing feel! Highly recommended 👌

Great Place! Highly Recommend

Everything is as advertised, so I won't go into details with that. The place itself is amazing and communication with Marita is great if we needed anything. Some things that we did NOT like: 1) CONSTRUCTION CONSTRUCTION CONSTRUCTION! Noise! Noise! Noise!. ...This trip was suppose to be our sleep-till-noon vacation, but that didn't happen on the weekdays. Noise started anytime from 6am-8am. I don't think I would have spent 9 days/nights here if I knew there was construction in the building itself. Even staying-in and watching TV during the day was not enjoyable with all the construction noise. I would definitely return, BUT ONLY if the construction in the building is done. 2) The amount of homeless people was disconcerting. We generally like to walk around with our dog day and night, but we restricted ourselves to day walks. But really this is no one's fault (maybe Covid's fault). I think overall we enjoyed our stay, we would have liked to have more sleep, but c'est la vie.

Nice property, terrible property manager

They only have so many characters to type, otherwise I'd leave a detailed review of this property. Since I'm limited to characters, I'll summarize my stay. Applied for a weekend stay towards the end of June, was assessed a very large additional fee 2 hours before I could cancel my reservation even though I applied and was accepted for the location at least a week prior. Once we got the property nice location, checking in is a little frustrating, but I got through it. Upon departure, I cleaned the condo so it looked better than when I first got there. Fast forward to now, I’ve been ignored by the property owner for 7 weeks about getting my refundable deposit back. She eventually falsely accused me of unplugging the projector. She’s now claiming the projector cord is damaged. She has openly admitted that the property was not inspected until after the next two guests stayed, two weeks after my departure. Even with the uncertainty of how/who damaged the cord, I was told by VRBO on August 12th, that she is not returning any of my deposit. My advice, take pictures of everything, and I mean EVERYTHING when you arrive and when you leave. I took pictures but did not consider photographing anything behind the entertainment system, because I didn't use it except the Bluetooth speaker which i connected my phone to wirelessly and through Bluetooth. Also be prepared not to receive your deposit back as she will make up reasons to keep it. Finally, be prepared to be charged additional fees at the last moment with very little chance to change the reservation, virtually trapping you into the contract. I'm currently working with VRBO about disputing the refundable deposit so I can get it back.

Perfect!

I loved staying in this downtown loft space! It's such a cool layout, and the location was perfect. The bed was so comfortable, so important! Everything was perfectly clean. The shower is FANTASTIC. I made approximately 100 cups of coffee in the Keurig. :) I didn't use the technology (projector, really robust sound system) but it looked really cool! The neighborhood is really cool, lots of great restaurants just steps outside the door. Parking was easy. Marita was a fantastic host- I had about 10,000 questions because I was coming in from out of town at the very last minute. She responded quickly and was willing to be flexible with me, which I really appreciated. I've stayed at many vacation rentals and this experience was top notch. Thank you, Marita! I hope to come back again!

Great location! Amazing two story loft with 20ft wide projector.

We loved this two story loft. We streamed our wedding pictures on 20FT wide projector. Eco dot voice control was convenient. We loved LED shower. Condo is sparkling clean. Great communication with the host. Easy access in and out from the condo to the main Monroe Center street. We had a blast. We will be back!
