The Ritz-Carlton Club in St Thomas has implemented a $225 rental
fee/per stay. This fee will be collected by the Club directly and
applies to all stays regardless of length of duration and who you book through.

In addition, the club concierge will also charge/collect a $25/day per unit Environmental/Infrastructure fee.

How to Book:

Always check with us before booking. The weeks at the Ritz-Carlton Club St Thomas run from Friday to Friday in the 2bd Suites.

For a 7 night rental that begins on Friday please use the "Request to Book" button.

Please note that this a request and that your booking will not be confirmed until you have received a confirmation from me. Please check with us before booking your stay.

We are able to accommodate multiple units in 2bd Suites, 2bd Condominiums & 3bd Condominiums and possible shorter stays. This excludes peak holiday season where your stay must begin or end on a Friday (Suites) or Saturday (Condos) and may require a 6-7 night stay.

Please note that the Club is a fractional facility and as such, from time to time, a room change may be required as multiple owners own a single unit and may choose to occupy the unit during their allotted time. However, this supply of interchangeable units allows us to accommodate more rental guests than that of a single residence accommodation. The likelihood for a room change increases for last minute bookings and bookings that straddle a Friday (as owners are allocated weeks that begin and end on Friday). We will do our best to avoid a room change if at all possible but cannot guarantee it. Floor plans and room configurations are subject to change.

Located on the South-Eastern most tip of St. Thomas, The Ritz-Carlton Club sprawls over 30 acres of some of the most pristine real estate in all the Virgin Islands.

Away from the hustle and bustle of the public, enjoy all the private amenities and beaches exclusive to Ritz-Carlton guests and residents. You will experience only the best in service and hospitality that the Ritz-Carlton properties are famous for.

Your condominium is appointed with only the finest accommodations, from the gourmet kitchen, to immaculately designed bedrooms and bathrooms, to the elegant living room that steps out to one of the three private balconies. Maid service is provided twice-daily with turn down service nightly. There are LED TV's with DVD players in the living room and all bedrooms and, a Bose surround sound system in the living room as well.

The Club will have full-service amenities and restaurants (Coconut Cove & The Grand Palazzo) available for your enjoyment.
