This most impressive hilltop estate offers a grand sense of scale; privacy and pure blue vistas of sky, sea and pool. In gated ā€˜Green Cayā€™ on the South Side of St Thomas. Watch the Cruise Ships come and go with sweeping panoramic views. One level, all beautifully detailed and furnished, offering wonderful panoramas from all windows. Villa Green Cay is fully air-conditioned or you may prefer to open windows and enjoy the cool ocean breezes. Just outside is the pool with plenty of shade for outdoor dining or just curling up and reading a good book.
There are 3 Bedroom suites, all have King size beds and their own bathrooms. Each suite opens up to the pool deck and has breathtaking sea vistas punctuated with islands in the distance.

The house was amazing! Anything my wife or I thought we needed to enjoy our vacation was in a drawer or closet. The house had everything, and the view was the most incredible part. We could spend all day in the pool watching boats and clouds go by. My wife and I are already discussing our next trip with more family. Thank you for allowing us to share your wonderful house.

The kitchen living room and dining room were adequate for our family of six adults. We enjoyed the outside covered area and pool the most as that is where we spent most of our time while on the property. It is very difficult to get up the driveway from the house to the road it is very steep and has a sharp turn. There were several items in need of repair when we arrived(bath tub would not hold water, toilet paper holder would not hold paper, towel rack brokenā€¦ all in one bathroom).called the property manager, and she helped with the bath tub by purchasing a stopper, she said the remainder were going to be repaired after we left. One of the bedrooms is not very private as you have to walk through it to get to another bedroom. In the middle bedroom, there was a huge, big nasty blood stain or some type of stain on the dust truffle of the bed, which was gross. The outside of the house could be maintained better. The property manager told us the owner has not been there in a year and a half. The house was nice, but I donā€™t know that I would stay there again. The views from the outdoor deck and pool were breath takingā€¦.

What a glorious locationā€¦

We loved our stay here (two couples) so much. The views from the house are absolutely breathtaking and made it difficult to leave. We made dinner and dined on the patio nearly every night.There are plenty of beach chairs and coolers, as well as quality pool towels.We had a perfect stay from beginning to end.

Scenic veranda

This villa is a lovely place to enjoy the wonderful St Thomas March weather. The veranda overlook is beautiful and a great place to relax, enjoy the pool and have a few cocktails The villa was perfect for two couples to spend 2 weeks away from the March weather in Pennsylvania. It has everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. St Thomas roads are a challenge and the same goes for the roads and driveways in the Green Cay Plantation neighborhood. We had a lovely vacation here.

Pictures donā€™t do the views justice. The house is spacious and the deck and pool provide wonderful outdoor space. Location is convenient to both Charlotte Amalie and Red Hook. Coolers and chairs available for trips to the bech. Stayed as a family of 5 and would love to return.

Such great views.

This property was better than in the pictures. Every Bedroom has a view of the ocean. We spent a lot of time at this house because the view of the ocean, the pool, the wildlife - just so much to relax to. Plenty of board/card games and puzzles to chose from. The kitchen was stocked well so that we could grill and make our own dinners - except for the nights we went to Red Hook to try some of the restaurants. Restaurants, grocery stores, kayaking, a mall, escape room- there is so much to do within 20 min drive.

Absolutely Amazing

Incredible. May be the best house we've ever rented. Views will blow you away. Totally private. Awesome layout. Just my wife and I on this trip but big enough for 2 or 3 couples. The view is insane. House had everything we needed and hosts were great. Beaches nearby and even the farthest ones are only 20 minutes. Hope to come back to St. Thomas and will def stay here again if I do. Thanks so much for sharing!

Family trip to the USVI

This property was exactly as advertised. Beautiful, great view, comfortable accommodations, etc. We had 3 couples, and there were 3 king bedrooms - perfect. Deck with pool was awesome. We had all we needed, and more. Would recommend this property for sure!

Stunning Views and Great Amenities

I would name this property Villa Serenity. The wonderful views of the ocean were enhanced by the peace and quiet of the area. The furnishings were very nice, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. We'd definitely return!

Lovely property for adults

Beautiful home privately situated in lovely neighborhood not too far from town. One caveat: there is no beach to walk to. Several beaches within a 15 min car ride range. Restaurants nearby of varying fancy-ness but all good.
