This most impressive hilltop estate offers a grand sense of scale; privacy and pure blue vistas of sky, sea and pool. In gated ‘Green Cay’ on the South Side of St Thomas. Watch the Cruise Ships come and go with sweeping panoramic views. One level, all beautifully detailed and furnished, offering wonderful panoramas from all windows. Villa Green Cay is fully air-conditioned or you may prefer to open windows and enjoy the cool ocean breezes. Just outside is the pool with plenty of shade for outdoor dining or just curling up and reading a good book.
There are 3 Bedroom suites, all have King size beds and their own bathrooms. Each suite opens up to the pool deck and has breathtaking sea vistas punctuated with islands in the distance.

Villa Green Cay offers lushly landscaped grounds; the moment you enter, you'll be enchanted with the beautifully designed floor plan and its inviting interiors, elegant and superbly equipped but ultimately comfortable and relaxing.

The views offered at this property and the infinity pool were the best we have experienced! They take care of all the extra things in the kitchen. The beds are so comfortable! We grabbed groceries at a local grocery store and didn’t leave for 4 days! We will be back!

Could not get enough of the outside. Spectacular and breathtaking!!! Better than the photos. Kitchen had everything you could need for cooking. Beds super comfortable and slept great. No need to leave the property. Will be back

This was the absolute best place we could have stayed on the island! Waking up to the incredible view for the week was AMAZING! The pool was the most beautiful backdrop and watching the ships come in and out of port was cool. This place is top notch with everything you need for the perfect vacation in paradise! We loved the little touches around the house from the best bathrobe's to the comfortable beds and pillows for a restful night sleep. The house was super clean and the layout of the house was perfect. We couldn't say enough good things about this home. We can't wait to hopefully stay here again in the future!

This wss by far the most beautiful setting and rental weve ever experienced. The home was perfect for three couples and extremely comfortable. The pictures of the home in the ad tell the story. Highly recpmmend.

Stay with our adult children was wonderful. House was very clean and the views were tremendous! Enjoyed watching all the boats and cruise ships go by. One thing to note is that one of the three bedrooms requires you to go through another bedroom to enter, but the work around is to use the patio doors for privacy. Not a huge deal, but worth noting if you’re three couples traveling together. We had a great stay! Thanks to the wonderful hosts for prompt answers to my inquiries.

The house was amazing! Anything my wife or I thought we needed to enjoy our vacation was in a drawer or closet. The house had everything, and the view was the most incredible part. We could spend all day in the pool watching boats and clouds go by. My wife and I are already discussing our next trip with more family. Thank you for allowing us to share your wonderful house.

The kitchen living room and dining room were adequate for our family of six adults. We enjoyed the outside covered area and pool the most as that is where we spent most of our time while on the property. It is very difficult to get up the driveway from the house to the road it is very steep and has a sharp turn. There were several items in need of repair when we arrived(bath tub would not hold water, toilet paper holder would not hold paper, towel rack broken… all in one bathroom).called the property manager, and she helped with the bath tub by purchasing a stopper, she said the remainder were going to be repaired after we left. One of the bedrooms is not very private as you have to walk through it to get to another bedroom. In the middle bedroom, there was a huge, big nasty blood stain or some type of stain on the dust truffle of the bed, which was gross. The outside of the house could be maintained better. The property manager told us the owner has not been there in a year and a half. The house was nice, but I don’t know that I would stay there again. The views from the outdoor deck and pool were breath taking….

What a glorious location…

We loved our stay here (two couples) so much. The views from the house are absolutely breathtaking and made it difficult to leave. We made dinner and dined on the patio nearly every night.There are plenty of beach chairs and coolers, as well as quality pool towels.We had a perfect stay from beginning to end.

amazing week at Villa Green Cay

Photos exactly represent home; just breathtaking. Very well set up for three couples or a family of 6. Hosts were very responsive and kind about my many questions of St Thomas. We'll be back, it was an amazing week!

Great, well equipped, house, quiet location, beautiful views! Southern side of the island provided sun on the pool all day and sunset views in the evening.

Scenic veranda

This villa is a lovely place to enjoy the wonderful St Thomas March weather. The veranda overlook is beautiful and a great place to relax, enjoy the pool and have a few cocktails The villa was perfect for two couples to spend 2 weeks away from the March weather in Pennsylvania. It has everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. St Thomas roads are a challenge and the same goes for the roads and driveways in the Green Cay Plantation neighborhood. We had a lovely vacation here.

We had a great time staying at this property with our son while lives on the island. The house was well stocked with everything you would need. It’s beautiful inside and out and has exceptional views. Great location to get around the island.

Wow!

Pictures don’t do the views justice. The house is spacious and the deck and pool provide wonderful outdoor space. Location is convenient to both Charlotte Amalie and Red Hook. Coolers and chairs available for trips to the bech. Stayed as a family of 5 and would love to return.

Family trip to the USVI

This property was exactly as advertised. Beautiful, great view, comfortable accommodations, etc. We had 3 couples, and there were 3 king bedrooms - perfect. Deck with pool was awesome. We had all we needed, and more. Would recommend this property for sure!

Green Cay Villa offers stunningly picturesque ocean views from a serene hillside location within the gated Green Cay Plantation estate. 3 deluxe king suites, the living room, dining space and a fully-equipped kitchen are all on one level; a sun-blessed infinity edge pool is only steps away, just outside the living room. Green Cay Villa is fully air-conditioned, with divinely exquisite furnishings.

Expertly cultivated gardens abounding with colorful blooms and rich foliage will lead you along the private drive onto the property. Your first sight as you enter will be the captivating vision of tropical splendor - true blue ocean, sunny skies, and the verdant hills that spill into the outskirts of the historic Charlotte Amalie Harbor. Taking your morning coffee or tea poolside, you may even spy cruise ships as they arrive; watch for their languid departures at dusk as the stars prepare to stud the dark sky with a million enchanting points of light.

The Greatroom includes the Living Room with its plush sink-into sofa which is positioned to enjoy the flat-screen satellite TV… or to relax and absorb the ocean view; nearby is the traditional style Dining Room table set for up to 6. A fully-equipped kitchen with professional burners and lots of counter space provides all the necessary implements to create a variety of meals, from simple and nourishing to gourmet decadent (and everything in between) - or add the services of a professional chef for one or several meals while you are here. A powder room is located in the living room area.

Dine inside or outdoors on the shaded verandah as you enjoy the cool trade winds and the backdrop of nature. While the villa is fully air-conditioned, you may prefer to forego the A/C in favor of the plentiful ocean breezes! Each of Green Cay Villa’s 3 king bedroom suites includes a view of the ocean, ensuite bath and pool access.
