The villa is located on the heights of the municipality of Le Marin, surrounded by nature, with a beautiful view of the countryside.

It is an ideal place for holidays in peace and in full nature!

The many beautiful beaches of southern Martinique are located a few minutes by car.

The center of Le Marin, its lively marina, shops and restaurants are about 2.5 km away.


The House

On the ground floor, very comfortable, spacious and tastefully decorated, this villa offers:
- 1 double bedroom, adapted for disabled people, with Queen size bed (160x200), dressing area and its exclusive bathroom (Shower and toilet), overlooking the pool

- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200) and an adjoining bathroom, with separate toilet, also overlooking the pool
- 1 large living room with sofa bed, table, chairs and flat screen, open on both sides of the house and overlooking the terrace and its beautiful pool
- 1 american kitchen, open to the living room and a service hatch open to the terrace
- 1 terrace of 55 m² (+ pool deck of 40 m²) with outdoor lounge, deckchairs, table and chairs
- 1 swimming pool of 25 m², with a beautiful view of the surrounding nature
- 1 garden of 1000 m² fully enclosed and secure with electronic gate opening
