THE CONDO :
Bright and spacious living area with a unique floor plan of 1284 sq. ft. offers the largest floor plan in the resort. Guests enjoy large windows in the front living area, a fully equipped kitchen, separate dining area, 3 bedrooms (all with windows), 2 full bathrooms (one being the ensuite in Master bedroom). Includes one secure underground parking stall (garage door height is 6'11") and a locked bicycle storage room is also in the underground parkade. Lots of street parking for larger vehicles and boats/trailers.
BEDROOM CONFIGURATIONS :
- The master bedroom features a queen size bed with ensuite (full tub and shower combo). Lots of closet space and large windows.

Dining is about a block away at the Okanagan Golf Club, with lounge and dining facilities. it houses an excellent restaurant, bar and outdoor dining area. A new mall area has been built just a short 5 minute drive from the condo on Airport Way which has the well-stocked 'Nestor's Market' grocery store, Tim Hortons, Dairy Queen, KAYA Sushi, Starbucks, Shoppers Drugs and a Liquor Store as well as the highly-rated Sheraton Four Points Hotel with it's Gulfstream Restaurant and Pub, as well as others.
Other nearby golf courses within a 15 minute drive include : Tower Ranch, Sunset Ranch, Shadow Ridge and Kelowna Springs .
Only 12 minutes to Orchard Park Mall, approx. 20 minutes to downtown Kelowna and the Lake Okanagan waterfront, also very close to the UBC Okanagan campus, and a short drive North will take you to Wood Lake and Kalmalka Lake as well as several beautiful wineries and orchards (Grey Monk, 50th Parallel Winery, Arrowleaf and many more!).

We do our best to accommodate early and late check-out whenever possible.
We will send an email providing the details for entry and passcodes.
Important to note - we manage the units ourselves with excellent, experienced cleaning staff and a handyman on call. Our suites are continually being upgraded and maintained on a regular basis. No chance that you will be moved to a different unit, or not get the unit shown.
We are fully legal and licensed by the City of Kelowna to run as a short-term rental.
