The Summer is upon us, Book soon to secure your vacation dreams!

Our home has three bedrooms and two and half bathrooms. An open floor plan with a panoramic view south to Carmel Valley and North to Santa Cruz. Sit on the deck at night to enjoy the lights of the Peninsula.

If you enjoy cooking, our kitchen is fully equipped with state of the art appliances, supplies and all of the spices you desire.

A 5 minute walk down to the beach and a perfect location to Carmel, Pebble Beach, Fisherman‘s Wharf, Pacific Grove and the famous Cannery Row.

Quaint restaurants and shopping also are right in our backyard. Everything you need to make your vacation memorible!

Relaxing weekend away

Loved the stay here with 5 of my friends - it was close to Monterey and had plenty of stores within walking distance. Dina was very responsive to any questions I had and the place was fantastic! Thanks again Dina!

Great rental for family trip

We had a great time in Monterey and our stay here was excellent. It is in a great location, clean, and comfortable beds. Kitchen is equipped with everything needed. There's a playground right across the street that is visible from the patio. You can walk to the beach and the neighborhood is quiet with beautiful murals on every street. Would stay again in the future!

Great Stay with Amazing Views

We had an amazing stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and close to anything and everything we needed. The views from the balcony were incredible and the home was equipped with everything we needed. Even better, the checkout process was the easiest of any vacation rental we've ever stayed at before. We definitely look forward to staying here again soon!

Much Needed Rest & Relaxation

This property is even better in person than in the pictures! Beautiful place for our party of 6 (3 couples) to spend resting our old bones after spending the day at a music festival. Dina is an amazing host!

Traveled up North to a destination wedding and had the pleasure to stay at this property. The property was clean and very comfortable. We had 6 people in our family and the house was very spacious. We had a couple questions regarding the property and Dina was super responsive and helpful.

Short getaway with visiting friends

We had some friends visiting from the East Coast and we wanted to do a quick weekend getaway in Monterey. This house was perfect for our needs. Theres a tiny little park across the street that the kids loved. It fit our needs perfectly.

Property is quite nice, modern, with lots of beautiful artwork and nice view of Monterey city and the ocean. It’s located in a small group of nice newer homes, in an industrial neighborhood. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. The gas fire pit was not working, but we were able to leave at a later time, which was a nice extension of our time and gave us an extra afternoon in the home.

Thank you for the nice review, and we apologize for the lack of the fire pit. We are glad you enjoyed the extended stay and as mentioned, if you choose to return, we will compensate and discount your stay for missing out on that amenity. We had to turn it off for safety issues.

Comfortable accomodations

The home on Pendergrass combined comfort and luxury. The house was well equipped with kitchen and other essentials. We appreciated the easy walking access to the beach. The view into the lit up hills at night, and view of the ocean in the day was refreshing and “ magical”. In short, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.Dina was responsive and friendly with any questions we had. We recommend the stay at Pendergrass.

Amazing stay

Host is amazing.Very flexible and help suggested us in places to take the kids, walk around, and place to eat. The house is very nice and beautiful. Brand new!! location is the best. close to the beach. close to all shopping area. It's two minute drive to costco and other grocery. beds are super comfy. We will come back again!!

Great location for Monterey Car Week

My son, my brother and i enjoyed staying at this comfortable house while attending Monterey Car Week events, including the Pebble Beach Concours. The house has an excellent location, close enough to get to all the major events quickly, yet away from the crowds. It was a pleasure dealing with Dina, the property owner. She responded to questions quickly and, after i left some of my clothes behind by mistake, she mailed them to me right away. Thanks Dina!

Visit to the Bay

The house in Sand City was wonderful. Maria was so attentive and in contact with us about every detail of our stay. It made us feel at home. The house was immaculate and so comfortable. The kitchen was amazing and had all of the equipment and even extras for cooking. The porch and large windows looking out to Monterey created a special view both day and night. We wish we could have stayed longer.

We stayed here for a wedding on the beach. It was perfect for 7 of us. It was my parents, and my 4 kid/teen/adults-lol. My fiancé/husband stayed at a hotel with his family. This house was clean and very nicely kept. The only thing I would say that needs to be done is new carpet on the stairs- other than that it was great! Great location, and easy to get ahold of owner. Thank you Dina!!!

Thank you Stephanie for your review! We have been discussing the carpet and realize it needs to be changed. The light color and frequent use, makes it quickly to soil, but it is first on our list!

Perfect Good-bye

My adult children and I gathered to celebrate my husband. He passed away in 2020 and due to Covid and other issues we had not been able to be together. My husband had loved Monterey and Pacific Grove, so your lovely home was the perfect location for us to gather and remember. Everything about your home made visiting and relaxing enjoyable. Thank you so much. I also want to give a shout about Jose’s Mexican Food down the street! Best Mexican food any of us have ever had!

Beautiful home so close to Monterey

This was a beautiful home and beautiful stay . We were so close to Monterey but outside all the crazy traffic . The home was Very comfortable for our family of 4 adults with a perfect few of Monterey Bay that we enjoyed on the deck while eating breakfast And evenings seeing the sun go down . The kitchen was extremely well stocked for cooking all our meals. There were a few broken items that needed repair like the Main outdoor grill but We worked around them . The host was more than accommodating , friendly and generous . It was fairly expensive but we decided to treat ourselves As our family does much better when we can cook and spread out .. we each had our own space so it was perfect . Thank you for sharing your special home .

Nice place, but could be better

Pros - nice view - nice kitchen/living room area. high ceilings. nice place to hangout - rooms were nice. - they were chill on cleaning up for checkout unlike a lot of other places - Dina was very quick to respond and had great communication Cons - no access to garage - fridge and freezer had a lot of food - owners shoes were laying around. clothes in some of the closets. Felt more like I was using someone's property rather than a rental. - lots of bird poop on the deck - neighbor's deck is right next to this deck. they do have a nice electric shade that helps offer privacy though

Thank you for your review! We are glad you enjoyed your stay. In regards to the food in the refrigerator, we do leave condiments for our guests and creamer for their use. We have always had people pleased with that. The slippers at the door again are for guests use, but our garage is storage and several rentals do not have garage access. We do live there as well, so sometimes the cleaners forget to remove personal items. The cleaning crew also tried to clean the deck, but with the mess, we realized we need a pressure washer instead of regular clean, which was unavailable when needed. Unfortunately, being at the beach the birds are uncontrollable, but we try. Thank you again for renting with us and apologize for any inconvenience. Dina

Great house, great location.

Very clean, nicely stocked, and we could hear the crashing waves at night with the windows closed. The hosts were very communicative and easy to deal with.

We loved this spacious house

The stay was the end of a long family trip. We enjoyed the quiet and the fact that the children were on a separate floor ;) The master suite is on the top floor along with the cozy living room and well-equipped kitchen. The Monterey Aquarium is a 15-minute drive away. We had a great time in this house and would love to return

Highly recommended

This is a beautiful home with gorgeous ocean views. Good location. It's a short walk to the beach and quick drive to Monterey Downtown. Quite a few restaurants and stores nearby. The home is exactly as seen in the photos. The 2nd floor great room was a favorite for our group. Plenty of seating and great place for everyone to hang out. We also enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor fireplaces.

Perfect family getaway!

The house is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Our group of 8 enjoyed our time and were very comfortable during our stay. The main living area is the best spot to hang out! The house is in a quiet neighborhood that is very close to Monterey activities and ocean access. Far exceeded our expectations and look forward to returning again!!
