“Peace & Trees” Boho Retreat near the Harpeth River Nestled in the hills and trees 20 minutes west of Nashville, you’ll find our peaceful home. Our home is located on an acre of wooded land, in a sweet, mellow, country community. Charming and cozy with eclectic bohemian decor, it has everything a guest would need for a comfortable stay in the area. We hope you’ll enjoy some quiet time listening to the birds on the front porch and sipping slow drip coffee.

You could live like a local; take a walk through the neighborhood, enjoy the small town charm of downtown Kingston Springs, have a hike at one of the nearby state parks, or spend an afternoon on the Harpeth River. If you’re looking to see the sights of Nashville and the other surrounding areas we are more than happy to provide a list of suggestions that will help guide your Tennessee adventures. Rest in one of the three comfortable, stylish bedrooms. There's an additional fold out couch in the upstairs entertainment/zen space. A deluxe full-size air mattress can also be provided and the downstairs living room couch also hosts a cozy night’s sleep or rainy day nap. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans for cooking, a large fridge to hold any leftovers and a dishwasher to help with clean up! Breakfast can be provided upon request*. There's a large table in the dining room, as well as upstairs in the zen den to gather for games, meals, or conversations. Our home is family friendly — kids and pets will love it here!*
We do live here but will not be on property during your stay so we hope you enjoy our home as if it were your own. Since we will not be on the property we will be easily accessible by phone, email, text. We are excited to share our home with y’all and hope you have a relaxing, comfortable, inspiring stay!

Entertainment: We have several decks of cards, Uno, and board games for both kids and adults. There are 3 record players throughout the home, guests are welcome to enjoy our hodge-podge collection of albums. There is a television with cable, Netflix, etc. in the large upstairs zen den area and tv in one bedroom. Wifi and internet are available.

Extras: Jamie is Italian and loves to cook! She is happy to provide a small assortment of homemade foods*, from veggie egg strata breakfast, homemade muffins, homemade pizza dough (2 pizza stones available in the kitchen), homemade pasta sauce, homemade cake/cupcakes. Please inquire if interested!

Pet-friendly: Our home is pet-friendly for a small fee ($50/per pet).

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have full run of our property with space enough for four cars in the driveway and additional country style street parking. We are more than happy to accommodate any check-in time as long as there is clear communication with us. Check-in time will also depend on other guests checking out before your arrival.

Interaction with Guests
If you desire, we are happy to meet you at check-in to show you around the property, but we feel very confident about how easy our home is to navigate around. We provide a detailed welcome book to assist with any​ questions but should you not find the answer you need we are just a phone call away. We are here for you no matter what time of day/night.

Available Dates: If you would like to stay during any calendar​ days that are blocked out, please email us as we may be able to make the availability for you.

Guest Access: Guest will be able to access home with the ​lockbox. Guests will have access to most of the home. Master bedroom, garage and, the ​back porch will be locked.
