Rent paddleboards or kayaks, or join a guided river adventure with Osprey Rafting Company right across the road from the condo complex. In this wonderful location just off Icicle Road, you'll also have convenient access to the Leavenworth Golf Club, the Snow Lakes Trailhead, and winter sleigh rides.

Great place to stay, especially with 3 little kids. Lots of space, and nice grassy spot outside the sliding door. Had plenty of games and duplos/legos to play with. Close to town, half mile walk. Needs black out curtains. Outdoor lights illuminating the condo walk ways are bright outside the bedroom windows when trying to sleep. Would benefit from new bedroom pillows (or bring your own). Consider having more kitchen towels. Would totally stay here again!

As advertised…great location! Clean and cozy! Short walk to town, even shorter to a fun adventure center w/ an alpine roller coaster. Minutes drive from fantastic hikes! Will hopefully stay here again!

Great location close to town

We liked it here. It was quiet and close enough to walk into town, about a fifteen minute walk. Everything was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again in the future.

This place is in a great location. Front street and enchantment park are within walking distance. Our family has great experiences here, this is our second time staying here.

Great place and location

This condo had everything that we needed and was in a perfect location. Close enough to walk to everything, but not too close so it was quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

Cozy condo walking distance to the new alpine coaster. Great location, very easy to deal with management. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated, but the furniture, decor and carpet are getting tired. The condo only has AC in the living room, and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. We found that the heavy polyester bedding made for warm sleeping in summer. I'd recommend updating the bedding to a more breathable material.

Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The only small negative is that the queen bed in one of the guest rooms is not comfortable. Otherwise, we are happy we chose this place.

Good dog friendly place.

Overall our family get together at “The Perfect Place” was enjoyable. It is comfortable condo close to the alpine adventure ride and a walkable distance to Leavenworth and the river park trail. On the downside, housekeeping was not the best and there were no dishwasher pods.

Great Weekend

6 of us shared this condo for 3 nights. It was well furnished and comfortable. We found almost everything we needed in the kitchen ( only missing a spatula for turning pancakes). We all enjoyed the accommodations.

Fantastic family friendly condo!

We stayed at That Perfect Place over Memorial Day weekend. The location was fantastic - close to town but in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The condo was clean upon arrival and stocked with the amenities that we needed. My only suggestion would be to provide bath mats for the bathrooms as the floor got quite wet after showers. We loved the patio space and all the games. Very family-friendly. It truly was the perfect place and we hope to stay again in the future.

Beautiful, good location

We loved the location of this apartment, the layout, and the common areas. The open kitchen, dining, and living room was super comfortable for my family. The bedrooms left a bit to be desired: the blinds need replaced ASAP as they don't shut enough light out and there are BRIGHT lights immediately outside the windows. Also, there are built-in nightlights that cannot be turned off: we all had to pile stuff into front of them to block the light. We can't say we slept well...but we liked the rest of the experience! Bring eye masks.

Sound of Music Trip

We enjoyed the spacious common areas, well equipped kitchen. The livingroom sofa and love seat showed some wear and tear. The wall air-conditioner kept livingroom, dining and kitchen comfortable. No A-C in bedrooms and even with windows open and fans we found the two smaller bedrooms to be stuffy. Bathrooms fine. On suit toilet required handle jiggle to close flap to refill tank. Washer and dryer were appreciated.

Place was cozy

We really enjoyed the place it was cozy and had plenty of space for the 6 of us. However the kitchen had everything except coffee filters. The front door is also difficult to close. we had to use the deadbolt to keep it closed. The remote for the TV in the master bedroom doesnt work on some of th buttons. we couldnt turn the TV off or on nor could we change the volume. It would however let us change the channel. Please speak the individual with the Dark red truck and trailer that parks behind the covered parking. We had to practically hit their trailer getting out. You may also want to invest in a more robust wireless access point in the condo as we had to limit the amount of devices connected. We had 6 people there, and were getting kicked off of it periodically over our entire stay.

Great stay for a family!

The house had plenty of beds and baths for our 5-person stay. Everyone enjoyed having a few puzzles and board games on hand to fill up some of the idle time. We made use of the grill to cook up steak and found that the kitchen was stocked with required dishes and utensils. There are two areas of improvement that would make this property perfect. The first, related to the grilling, was having some basic cooking items. A prior guest had left some pepper, but we had to go purchase salt and cooking oil. With such a well-stocked kitchen we thought it could be improved by having some of the most common supplies on hand. The second, and more important, is the amount of ambient light in the bedrooms is intense. The condo complex has a lot of lighting in the area and it shines through the windows. This is further coupled by outlet plates that have built in night lights that can't be turned off. As a light sensitive sleeper, this made getting to sleep very difficult. I found the beds pretty standard, but I'd also recommend bringing your own pillows if you're used to something with a lot more padding.
