Join us in the charming Bavarian-themed village of Leavenworth, tucked against the eastern slopes of the Cascade Range in North Central Washington. Year-round activities abound, especially skiing, rafting, hiking, and shopping.

The condominium is located within 300 feet of a beautiful cross-country skiing area that winds along the picturesque Wenatchee River and Blackbird Island. In the warmer months, this series of trails is wonderful for hiking and wildlife viewing. An 18-hole public golf course is minutes away, as is the Ski Hill downhill skiing/snowboarding/tubing area.

The condominium is a one-minute walk from the hub of Leavenworth shopping and strolling, with an amazing selection of shops and restaurants. Festivals occur almost every weekend, especially for Maifest, Oktoberfest and the Christmas Lights in the town square. There are also many music festivals that take place throughout the year.

There are 2 bedrooms in this modern, well-maintained first floor condominium unit. The master has a king bed, an attached 3/4 bath and a large walk-in closet (with a pack & play portable crib, for those with young children). The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and is next to the 2nd full bath, just down the hallway. Both bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer. A laundry closet contains a full-sized front loading stacked washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, and cleaning tools. There is a designated space for one car to park in the secure, underground parking garage located just one floor below the condo.

The well-stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a full complement of utensils, pots and pans, a 12-cup conventional coffee maker, a Keurig, dual sinks, disposer and plenty of storage, including a wine rack.

55-inch 4KTV with USB, blu-ray player in the living room. 32-inch HDTV/DVD in master BR and 32-inch HDTV in 2nd BR. The condo is equipped with a selection of DVDs, puzzles, and games. Fiber-based internet makes for speedy wi-fi internet.

Rates from $210-$300/night for up to four people.
11.5% sales/lodging tax.
Cancellation policy: must cancel two weeks (event weekends four weeks) prior to arrival to receive full refund of rent.
$100 cleaning fee. No parking fee (one vehicle only)
The condo arrival instructions will be shared a few days prior to arrival.

Cleaning practices:
Check in and check out with no person-to-person contact.
High-touch surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant (like counter tops, light switches, handles, and faucets).
All towels and bedding are washed in hot water with temperature of at least
60ºC/140ºF.
Condo is cleaned with disinfectant between stays.
