Classified 3 stars in a closed residential area of LA LONDE LES MAURES (between HYERES & SAINT-TROPEZ), VILLA ENSOLEILLADE offers apartments "FEET IN WATER" standing 10 meters from the BEACH.

Your apartment can accommodate 6 people and is exposed FULL SOUTH with VIEW SEA (in front of the islands of PORQUEROLLES & PORT-CROS).

It gives you free access to the HEATED SWIMMING POOL of the residence (from April to the beginning of November) and to the TENNIS at 250 meters.

It consists of a private garden, a living room, 2 bedrooms, an Italian shower room, a fitted kitchen and a TV.

WIFI access, parking and garage are free and we have our own website.

A small shopping center at 500 meters will allow you to do your shopping without having to take the car (from April to the end of September).

The sea, the preserved environment, the practice of many sports will assure you an unforgettable stay.

As if placed on the sand, this pretty provencal villa looks directly on the sea, and from your terrace or from your garden, you enjoy an exceptional view of the beach of Argentière and the islands of Porquerolles, Port- Cros and the Levant.

Sandy beaches uncrowded, clear waters deliciously unknown to the crowd, a quiet and tranquil few steps from the joys of the seaside ... with the tranquility of a residential area closed. A dream location in a preserved nature.

The coastal path that passes in front of the residence, will take you to the east for several hours of stroll by the sea, without any construction, in a succession of beaches and small roads until FORT DE BREGANCON (residence of presidential summer), the setting and the underwater fauna particularly rich ... You will be able to make unforgettable walks !!!

In addition, your children and you have free access to all the benefits of the ARGENTIERE CLUB which is 250 meters from the Villa.
You can enjoy all the sports and leisure facilities of the Club free of charge.
Heated pool with paddling pool, tennis court, bowling, snowshoes and other games are at your disposal.

As for water sports, VILLA L'ENSOLEILLADE also offers outdoor activities in partnership with professionals. Diving courses, excursions, cruises on the islands, or sea kayaking ... whether you are a couple or family, everything is planned for your well being.

Urlaub Pfingsten 2022

Sehr schönes Haus in abgeschlossener Wohnanlage mit mehreren Wohnungen. Wir waren mit 5 Personen + Hunden in der Wohnung Nr. 1 (EG links). Einrichtung nicht exklusiv, aber vollständig und zweckmäßig. Schlafräume und Matrazen waren ok. Highlight ist sicherlich das Bad mit der großen Dusche sowie die Lage direkt am Strand und am Küstenwanderweg. Hilfreich bei den heißen Temperaturen auch der große Kühlschrank mit separatem Gefrierfach und die große, eingezäunte, schattige Terasse. Unterschätzt haben wir die Themen Wind (an einigen Tagen) und Stechmücken (immer). Pool ist ok, aber wir waren nur 1mal dort, da Strand und Meer näher und unschlagbar (flach abfallender Sandstrand, klares Wasser, angenehme Wasser-temperatur). Ausleihen von Bettwäsche und Handtüchern zwar teuer, aber Qualität und Sauberkeit von beidem dafür sehr gut. Bei TV kein deutscher Kanal, nur französisch. Ausflüge: Marseille, St. Tropez (Anfahrt schwierig), Halbinsel Hyeres, Calanques, Markt in La Londe (sonntags), sentier littoral (sehr empfehlenswert). für Hundebesitzer: Hunde sind am Hausstrand verboten (mehrere große Verbotsschilder), aber Franzosen selbst sind morgens und abends (wenn wenig Leute am Strand) mit ihren Hunden am Strand unterwegs. Hundestrand gibt es, der ist aber am anderen Ende der Bucht beim Hafen und auch nicht wirklich einladend. Am Nachbarstrand, der über den sentier in ca. 10 min. zu erreichen ist, sind Hunde erlaubt. Abends bietet sich ein Spaziergang zum Yachthafen an, dort gibt es Lokale, Eisdielen etc. Fazit: toller Urlaub in herrlicher Landschaft, bei dem für jeden was dabei war (Ausflüge, Baden, Wandern, Chillen)

Vacances de rêve, vue magnifique sur la mer

Avec ma compagne, nous avons loué cet appartement 3 étoiles et ce dernier a largement contribué à la réussite de nos vacances! Accueil: Les propriétaires sont extra, un accueil très chaleureux qui vous donne de suite un aperçu de la mentalité des gens dans la région! Des propriétaires qui ont le souci du confort pour leurs hôtes et ça c'est un gros avantage par rapport aux résidences méga touristiques que l'on trouve en bord de mer. Le domaine: Nous l'avons trouvé magnifiquement situé à seulement 10 mètres de la plage dans une quartier totalement privé (et donc sans bruit) c’était magique !!! A 300 mètres de la résidence, vous avez un petit centre commercial ou vous trouvez tout donc nous n’avons pas eu besoin de prendre la voiture pendant toute nos vacances. Le domaine est calme, sécurisé, propre, fleurie. Bref IDEAL !!! La location: Vous avez un très bon aperçu sur le site internet donc vous n'avez aucune mauvaise surprise quand vous entrez dedans ! Un appartement neuf avec tout le confort nécessaire et plus! Cuisine américaine spacieuse et impeccable, la salle de bain est ni trop grande ni trop petite, juste ce qu'il faut! Dernier point, c'est un appartement très calme, bien que nous ayons eu des voisins, nous ne les avons pas entendu une seule fois! Les activités: Une semaine a été trop court pour nous quand on voit tous les activités à faire !!! Nous avons commencé par la plage de l'Argentière avec un coin super sympa quand vous remontez la plage côté est! Ensuite nous avons pris une claque en allant sur les plages de l'Estagnol (ma préférée), la plage de Brégançon (la préférée de ma compagne). Vous avez les îles d'or également à voir! Bref, plein de petits endroits de paradis magnifiques que je vous conseille déjà d'aller voir sur internet histoire de saliver un peu! EN RESUME, une location parfaite dans un endroit de rêve !!!

Excellent séjour en famille

Cette villa est idéalement située au bord de la plage ! Nous avons passé 4 jours extra en famille (2 enfants 2 ans et 5 ans). Nous avions l'appartement 3, un 3p en RDJ, hyper fonctionnel, très bien équipé, parties nuit et jour séparées. Confortablement meublé, très propre (à noter : literie quasi neuve et très clean). Une grande terrasse face à la mer avec 2 tables pour déjeuner à l'ombre ou au soleil portillon de la terrasse donnait directement sur l'accès (privé) à la plage (seulement quelques mètres et une rue à traverser, génial avec les petits). Nous étions début novembre et la plage était déserte!! C'est une très grande plage de sable fin, très agréable. Nous avons pu profiter d'un temps magnifique en étant seuls au monde. Les gérants sont très agréables, réactifs et disponibles, merci encore pour leur accueil. Les environs sont super pour des activités en famille : plage/cerf volant, balades en vélo/cariole à Porquerolles ou sur la presqu'ile de Giens, visite des villages voisins (Bormes les Mimosas+++), wind surf pour les amateurs. Il faisait un peu froid pour profiter de la piscine, mais elle a l'air très agréable. A noter : les bateliers de La Londe étant fermés début nov, nous sommes allés au départ de la Tour Fondue. A cette période de l'année, beaucoup de services, restaurants et loueurs commencent à fermer boutique, mais ceux qui sont là sont largement suffisants vue le peu de touristes. En conclusion, nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement, et nous reviendrons c'est sûr!!

Wir (2 Personen) hatten das Vergnügen, in 14 Tagen zwei Wohnungen auszuprobieren, weil für die Gesamtzeit zum Buchungszeitpunkt keine einzelne Wohnung mehr durchgängig zur Verfügung stand. Die erste Wohnung war im EG mit Garten, sehr gemütlich, ruhig, im Garten drei Liegen. Davon ist eine kaputtgegangen, wir haben es gemeldet, sie wurde innerhalb weniger Stunden durch eine andere ersetzt. Die zweite Wohnung war oben im 2. Stock. Hier hört man mehr von der Umgebung (v.a. das Meer), man hat Balkon, und einen tollen Rundblick über den Strand. Beide Wohnungen sind gut, zweckmäßig und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit schönen Bildern, Dekoartikeln. Auch die Küchen sind funktionell und ermöglichen auch aufwändigere Gerichte (Backrohr, Glaskeramik, im 2. Stock sogar Induktionsherd). Der Strand ist direkt gegenüber, absolut sauber, Sandstrand, sehr gut gepflegt. Kleiner Nachteil: es gibt keine Klimaanlage; wenn man die Fensterläden aber tagsüber nutzt, hält man es nachts gut aus. Fazit: Tolles Haus, genug Parkmöglichkeit, absolut ruhig, direkt am Strand, nettes und stets freundliches tatkräftiges Management (Danke, Laurent und Josette!).

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!!

Unsere Wohnung mit Garten hatte Meerblick, top Lage, direkt am Strand, sehr ruhig. Beschreibung des Objektes auf Homepage stimmt mit Realität überein. Sehr nette, zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Betreuung vor Ort!!! Appartement sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben im Süden Frankreichs bereits verschiedene Objekte gemietet, aber die Villa befindet sich in puncto Ausstattung, Lage etc. im oberen Level!

UN SÉJOUR DE RÊVE

C'est honnêtement la première fois que nous avons passé une semaine si intensément reposante et c'était tout simplement exceptionnel!! Nous avons séjourné à la Villa Ensoleillade début aout 2016 et nous avons été très agréablement surpris à notre arrivée: appartement très propre, bien agencé avec une grande chambre lumineuse, une grande salle de bain et une terrasse qui invite à la farniente! La résidence est bien sécurisée, wifi illimitée (ce qui pour nos ados était le paradis et pour nous la tranquillité!!) La mer à 10 mètres (ce n'est pas une publicité mensongère, elle est bien là à portée de main cette grande bleue!), une mer très propre et une plage bien entretenue. Nous sommes des habitués de la Londe Les Maures, nous y venons depuis 1995 et c'est notre meilleure location depuis. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cet emplacement à tous les amoureux de la plage et des longues ballades en bord de mer, le littoral ici offre tout ce qu'il y a de plus beau. Nous y reviendrons, c'est certain! Brigitte

Oase der Entspannung

Wir haben hier Anfang Juli eine wunderbar ruhige und erholsame Woche verbracht. Die Wohnung ist blitzsauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, der Kühlschrank groß und sauber. Das Bad mit der begehbaren Dusche und das separate WC sind ebenfalls super sauber. Der Blick aufs Meer ist sensationell. Der Strand nicht überlaufen und sehr gepflegt. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in La Londe (mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen), in Laufnähe ein kleines Einkaufszentrum mit Bäcker und kleinem Supermarkt für die alltäglichen Dinge. Zufahrt zur kleinen Stichstraße, in der die Villa liegt, mit Code über eine gesicherte Torzufahrt. Bei Ankunft und Abfahrt reibungslose Abwicklung. Eine absolut empfehlenswerte und wunderschöne kleine Anlage mit Seltenheitswert, wenn man eine Unterkunft sucht, die direkt am Strand liegt, ohne dass man eine befahrene Straße überqueren muss!!!!

Toller Urlaub in der Villa Ensoleillade !

Die Lage ist wirklich toll - direkt am Sandstrand gelegen, mit nur einer schmalen Privatstrasse dazwischen. Der Strand ist schön, die Umgebung malerisch - besonders hat uns die Kombination aus Weinanbauflächen, Zypressen und Pinien gefallen, die teils bis ganz nah ans Meer heran gehen. Auch der nahe gelegene Tennisplatz war gut bespielbar und wenig frequentiert, sodass wir fast täglich spielen konnten. Unser Appartement war groß genug, toller Ausblick vom Balkon, Küche gut ausgestattet und das Bad klein aber schön modernisiert. Wegen der Stechmücken ist es empfehlenswert, Autan mit zu nehmen. Die Lage zwischen Hyeres und St. Tropez ist auch klasse für Ausflüge. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub - sehr empfehlenswert - gerne wieder !

Wir würden wiederkommen

3-Zimmer-Wohnung im 2. (und damit obersten) Geschoss: fantastische Lage direkt am Sandstrand, Balkongrösse geeignet für 2 Liegestühle (vorhanden) und Tisch mit 6 Stühlen (vorhanden), Elternschlafzimmer sehr klein, Matrazze ok, Kinderzimmer mit 3 Betten mit starker Dachschräge. Wohn-/Esszimmer klein, aber zweckmäsdig und alles Notwendige vorhanden. Gute grosse Dusche. Küche gut ausgestattet (Induktionsherd, grosser Kühlschrank), aber nur Filterkaffeemaschine. Aus Küche und Wohnzimmer wie aus Elternzimmer direkte Sicht aufs Meer. Aufenthalt 19.09.-03.10.15, Strand wunderbar leer, Meer warm genug zum Schwimmen (20-22 Grad C). Super Lage für traumhafte Wanderungen.

Einen wundervollen Blick auf das Meer

Wir,eine vierköpfige Familie, haben im August eine Woche in der Villa Ensoleillade verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden.In der 1.Etage hat man einen wundervollen Blick auf das Meer, der Strand liegt unmittelbar gegenüber, man muss nur eine ruhige Straße überqueren, also auch für Kinder kein Problem. Die Wohnung selbst ist für 4 Personen ausreichend groß und in ausgezeichnetem Zustand. Wir haben sie sehr sauber vorgefunden und hatten auch -im Gegensatz zu anderen Urlauben im Süden- keinerlei Probleme mit Ameisen o.ä.Die Küche enthält alles, was man braucht, also ausreichend Geschirr,Teller usw.Eine Waschmaschine sowie ein Trockner befinden sich in der Tiefgarage, sind allerdings kostenpflichtig.Das Bad ist ebenfalls gut ausgestattet, hervorzuheben ist besonders die große begehbare Dusche. Der Empfang bei der Ankunft war sehr herzlich und informativ,und auch die Rückgabe der Kaution am Ende verlief reibungslos.Die Ortsmitte ist nicht gut zu Fuß erreichbar und bietet außer ein paar netten Restaurants nicht allzu viel. Umso reizvoller sind dagegen das nur wenige Kilometer entfernte Bormes les Mimosas und Le Lavandou sowie die Insel Porquerolles.

Séjour formidable

L'appartement idéalement situé en bord de mer est bien agencé. De tout confort. Nous y avons passé une semaine très agréable au calme, dans un cadre idyllique. Très pratique avec des enfants! La résidence sécurisée ainsi que la plage privée donnent des atouts indéniables à cet appartement. L'accès à la piscine est aussi un plus!! Restaurant de la plage fantastique!! Personnel charmant et très accueillant. Merci pour votre disponibilité et votre gentillesse à tous les deux!! Nous songeons déjà à y revenir l'an prochain. Isabelle et Olivier
