Your apartment can accommodate 6 people and is exposed FULL SOUTH with VIEW SEA (in front of the islands of PORQUEROLLES & PORT-CROS).
It gives you free access to the HEATED SWIMMING POOL of the residence (from April to the beginning of November) and to the TENNIS at 250 meters.
It consists of a private garden, a living room, 2 bedrooms, an Italian shower room, a fitted kitchen and a TV.
WIFI access, parking and garage are free and we have our own website.
A small shopping center at 500 meters will allow you to do your shopping without having to take the car (from April to the end of September).
The sea, the preserved environment, the practice of many sports will assure you an unforgettable stay.
THE SEA IS YOUR GARDEN:
As if placed on the sand, this pretty provencal villa looks directly on the sea, and from your terrace or from your garden, you enjoy an exceptional view of the beach of Argentière and the islands of Porquerolles, Port- Cros and the Levant.
Sandy beaches uncrowded, clear waters deliciously unknown to the crowd, a quiet and tranquil few steps from the joys of the seaside ... with the tranquility of a residential area closed. A dream location in a preserved nature.
The coastal path that passes in front of the residence, will take you to the east for several hours of stroll by the sea, without any construction, in a succession of beaches and small roads until FORT DE BREGANCON (residence of presidential summer), the setting and the underwater fauna particularly rich ... You will be able to make unforgettable walks !!!
In addition, your children and you have free access to all the benefits of the ARGENTIERE CLUB which is 250 meters from the Villa.
You can enjoy all the sports and leisure facilities of the Club free of charge.
Heated pool with paddling pool, tennis court, bowling, snowshoes and other games are at your disposal.
As for water sports, VILLA L'ENSOLEILLADE also offers outdoor activities in partnership with professionals. Diving courses, excursions, cruises on the islands, or sea kayaking ... whether you are a couple or family, everything is planned for your well being.

Tennis balls and rackets as well as petanque balls are available to you free of charge.
Our prices do not include the administration fee of €50 to be paid on the day of your arrival as well as the tourist tax.
