Centrally located and close to all the amazing outdoor activities southern Utah is known for, this home is available as a nightly or weekly rental (2-night minimum) and sleeps 11. Great Home/Experience!

This home was perfect for our family. Very comfortable beds and clean home. The only thing was the upstairs bath tub was draining slowly. But overall great stay! Very comfortable and perfect space for our family.

Great communication and Nice VRBO

We really enjoyed the pools and the access to them. They were close by. This listing fit our family perfectly with enough bedrooms and bathrooms to be comfortable. Only thing we would have liked more was a bigger patio with a little more of a view.

Great stay!

Great location to Zion as well as state parks. Home was clean and guests have access to regular and salt water pools and hot tubs. I would definitely stay here again!

Best “Home away from home”

It truly was as it appeared online…clean, comfy, so well stocked! Great area to stay and do day trips to Southern Utah’s beautiful National Parks and more! I would definitely stay here again if in this area.

Wonderful place to stay!

This condo was fantastic. We loved our stay here. Everything was exactly as described and our stay couldn't have been better. The rooms were spacious and the beds were great. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. Definitely will book again.

Great place but not for trailers

Trailers aren’t allowed (per significant signage) in this neighborhood. Two vehicles can fit at the unit. There is plenty of overflow parking available close by but trailers or boats aren’t allowed. Great community center and pool. Nice home.

Great Townhouse In a Great Area

Really great townhouse in an area right between St. George and Zions National Park. Its really close to a couple reservoirs. The swiming pools and hot tubs were great for the kids. And there is a cool little fishing pond just across the street. The house itself was clean and comortable. The kitchen and BBQ we're great. Overall a great experience.

Amazing place!

This townhouse was perfect! The check-in process was flawless. This was even better than advertised. The owners thought of everything. They even contacted me the day before my arrival to offer early check-in, if I wanted. It was spotless, well stocked, and quiet, despite being in a neighborhood. The best vacation property I’ve ever stayed in. And very reasonably priced.

The heated pools were super nice to swim in and relax with the kids.

Overall a great place to stay. The only down part is the short, steep driveway, that unless you come in at a angle or back out at an angle the tow hitch will drag. Other then that everything was super nice, roomy, and comfortable. A lot of the main stuff like the playpin and high chair for the baby was nice to already have there along with most everything else. A tv I’m ever single room and heated pools. Grocery stores within 7-15 min drive away. It was a super fun getaway trip for my family.

Winter Break

Such a wonderful location! We couldn't of been more pleased of this location spot! Skiing a short drive up north, swimming and sun at the pools, shopping and spa, minutes away all in the same day. Zion and Bryce driveable, all the state parks minutes away... hiking, water sports, golf,ATV and hummer rides! There is a Pecan and Pistachio plantation minutes drive. If you are bored of this location there is no hope for you! The pools are great as there is a platform in the shallow end for the littles to have fun and the parents can enjoy s well.. The hosts are absolutely wonderful! The house is fully stocked with most anything you need in the kicked to cooking hornet meals or packing picnic lunches for your hiking days. Clean, spacious, comfortable and all the littles extras! The dispensers in the showers was great! Guests came from SLC area for a night and thouroughly enjoyed the accomodations with all the amenities so less for then to pack for overnight. Towels were fresh, lush, and plentiful. Plenty of seating, eating, and enjoying. We were working and the internet was great. If/ when we go back no need to look for anywhere else! Thanks for the great month and being so gracious while we were in your home. You have done such a great job for the accomodations!

Great place, but the stairs are steep and the parking is tight

Great place with a nice community pool. The place was clean and nice. The homes in the community are packed together and the parking is tight. You also need to go up a fairly step set of stairs to get to three of the bedrooms. Overall a great place, and our kids loved that each bedroom had a TV.

St George vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! They had everything we needed there. Location was central to all the different hiking locations. Great condo community. It was nicely decorated and comfortable. We would go back again in a heartbeat.

Baseball Tournament

We were in town for my son’s baseball tournament. Check in/out was easy. Pool was great. Condo was well stocked. Would definitely recommend this property and host.

We stayed at Coral Ridge some time ago through VRBO and fell in love with it. In addition to being in the St. George area, it is close to world-class sites like Zion’s National Park, Bryce Canyon, the Grand Canyon and Las Vegas. The weather is almost perfect nine months out of the year and the newly renovated pools and hot tubs make it a great place to stay in the summers.

This specific condo was purchased from a couple that never rented it and barely stayed in it so it has a brand new feeling and look. Plus all the amenities are in top condition and we recently updated the look and made sure people felt like they had everything they need. Just like home.

We are frequent travelers and have been all over there world and regularly stay at VRBO properties. We feel we have a good understanding of what makes a good stay and have utilized our experiences to make this condo perfect for traveling a couple of days or many weeks.
