Great home with comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen and a great neighborhood. Everything was tastefully done, and loved all the recreational activities in the garage. Also loved the tip about the local bluff to hear the concerts at the amphitheater - I felt like a local! Ann was a tremendous host!

This is the second time we stayed at this Home. It is a great home and a great location. We will be staying there again next year for our tournament. The host is always available. Very nice and informative about everything. The house is well equipped with everything you need for a wonderful day.

A Great Stay

This property was wonderful. It was clean, it felt very comfortable, the host was very responsive, and everything was even nicer than the photos let on. I highly recommend staying here.

This is an outstanding vacation rental. Everything is lovely, in good condition, well labeled, organized and so many thoughtful touches from a welcome bottle of wine to bicycles in good repair with inflated tires. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor ambiance in the backyard sublime. Truly a top notch vacation home. We came for shows at the Hayden Homes amphitheater and walked to and from each night. It was easy and fun. We will absolutely choose this home again next year if it’s available. Thank you Ann!

Location is usually the key - this is excellent - as walking distance to all things fun in Bend.the toys in the garage are a great bonus and the overall cleanliness of the property is impressive.

Great place close to shopping and dining.

Nice three-bedroom home close to the main highway and the Old Mill District. Nice private patio and hot tub area. Fully stocked kitchen for your cooking needs. Would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation getaway

My family and I had a great time! It was extremely clean and everything had been thought of for this house down to the very last detail. It was a very cozy home in a quiet neighborhood.

Fabulous vrbo

Extremely well equipped rental - great location- one of the best we’ve ever stayed in. We were all adults, but would have been wonderful with children as well. Highly recommend!!!!!

Wonderful house

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house. The location was perfect and the house has everything we could need and more. Communication was almost immediate and they were incredibly accommodating. We will be back for sure.

Great property, host and location!

Just a little walk over to Old Mill District and Hayden Homes Amphitheater. The property was super clean, cute and all the needful amentities and more! Very well stocked! Ann was on top of all communications. The booking and the stay was smooth, stress free and we had a great time!

We very much emjoyed our stay and loved this location. It is spacious with very comfortable beds and the softest sheets and it is a very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen had everything you could need, the games and books were appreciative, and the amenities (hot tub, grill, fire pit, W/D, outdoor gear, etc.) were all an awesome bonus! Access to the bike path was quick & easy and this location is so close to great breweries and restaurants! We were in Bend for a concert and it was such a convenient walk to the Amphitheater. Overall we highly recommend this location, and we will likely stay here again in the future!

Perfect stay in Bend! The house was spotless, fully furnished, and had absolutely everything we could have possibly needed from a fully stocked kitchen, cozy beds and thoughtful extras. You can tell a lot of care and attention to detail went into preparing this home away from home. The check in and check out processes were super easy. The communication was easy and detailed. The home itself was cute, comfortable, and felt welcoming the moment we walked in. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay at the Nest again!

Wonderful weekend

We had an absolutely wonderful weekend at Ann’s house. From the very beginning her communication was amazing! The house is in a great central location, easy to get to all the things. She had everything you could ever need stocked and ready for you to use. The fire pit, hot tub were perfect, the games and books, the gift, she thought of everything! We can’t wait to go back and stay again!

Well-Appointed Property

The interior of the home was clean, charming, and cozy yet very spacious for our family of four. It has been recently renovated and has all the amenities you will need (literally, everything you could possibly need or want). It also has easy access to the highway and to Mt. Bachelor and is within walking distance to shopping and dining. The welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch. I highly recommend this property.

Family vacation

The home was perfect for our group. The backyard patio was fantastic. Love the touches of the patio lights on timer the candles in the home We’re also on timer what a nice surprise. very well stocked kitchen, open concept living. very comfortable bedding. no detail was left Untouched a fantastic rental. This home was stocked for all seasons from floats in the summer to bikes to things to do in the winter.

Absolutely Great

I’ve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and this one was by far the best! The host thought of everything! The house was in immaculate shape and everything was top-of-the-line! No detail, I was left unturned! I would recommend this house to anybody! It made for a wonderful tournament weekend!

Amazing Stay!

Ann really has thought of everything a guest would need during their stay at Chukar’s Nest. We were there for a four day stay with friends and we were continually impressed with the attention to detail around everything from providing spices, coffee/creamer and condiments to having bicycles and river tubes to use. The linens, towels and beds are all high quality and new—better than most hotels. It’s clear a lot of thought was put into the guest experience. The location of the house is perfect in that it is very close to downtown as well as a short drive (~30 minutes) to get to the mountains/lakes. All in all we give Chukar’s Nest 5 stars across the board!

Beautiful, well appointed home!

Our family has stayed in many vacation rentals and this home was, by far, the most well thought out and appointed home we have ever visited. Every detail was thought of and our needs provided for. From a lovely bottle of wine upon arrival, to pancake ingredients and delicious coffee, we couldn't ask for more. The home was super clean, very comfortable and friendly and the backyard was beyond cute with its hot tub, grill and firepit. Ann was the most friendly and gracious owner, very helpful and responsive. We will definitely visit again when in Bend and we recommend you do too, you will not be sorry!

Rental Perfection

I have stayed in lots of rentals, and this one by far was one of the best! Not the biggest house, but it was perfect for our family of 4+ our mother and father. She had the house decorated for Christmas and supplied absolutely everything you can think of to make your stay comfortable. Rentals would be absolutely perfect if Ann we’re the host of them all. Thank you for making our holidays perfection and for creating a place that welcome to everybody. I would not have changed a thing.

Great House

We stayed for three nights between Christmas and New Years. The communication prior to our stay was clear and timely making planning for our trip and check-in super easy. The house was beautifully decorated with just the right amount of holiday decor. The house was super well appointed with just about everything we could ask for of a rental property, including toys and kid furniture that were absolutely perfect for our three kids, including a pack and play and booster seat for our toddler. The hot tub was great. Truly a wonderful experience. I hope we will have an opportunity to return.
