You are a mere 2 blocks from everything downtown...some of Bend's finest restaurants, breweries and entertainment. Grab a bike and roll (remember…4 cruiser bikes provided!) or just stroll into the very heart of Bend. Feel like exploring Bend a bit more? Good news! The best of the westside of Bend and the Old Mill is also walkable from this spacious, charm-soaked home. The westside of Bend features favorites like 10 Barrel Brewing, Ariana's, The Victorian Café, Sip Wine Bar and many more shops and eateries. The Old Mill is home to Bend’s largest cinema, riverfront dining, and shopping galore. Walkscore of 86...hard to find anything closer!

Set up off a quiet residential street just 2 blocks from downtown Bend you will love exploring both the inside and outdoor spaces of this charming and generous home. A covered front porch welcomes you. You will find a sweet and sunny south facing balcony on the master bedroom. Nothing to do but enjoy the lovely backyard patio with ample seating, a private hot tub and the expansive yard. Don’t miss the large gas BBQ for your afternoon BBQ. You will have many sweet nooks to explore before choosing your perfect spot for morning coffee or tea.

You will love the cozy living room with gas fireplace as you enter this 2300sqft home. To your left is the spacious dining area with seating for 8. The fully stocked kitchen features gas cooking and is ready for all your gourmet adventures! Three (3) smart TVs ensure everyone can watch what they like. Those TVs are located in the master bedroom, mainfloor bedroom and den/media room. Central heat and central A/C will ensure you comfort year round!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The master suite features its own private sitting room with desk and loveseat. The master suite also features its very own gas fireplace, so you are sure to be cozy and toasty even on the coldest of nights. There is a smart Roku HDTV in the master as well. Feel free to use your own Netflix, Hulu and other accounts. You will feel pampered in the master ensuite bath with a deep therapeutic soaker tub and dual head walk-in shower. You'll love the private south facing balcony for morning coffee or tea.

The upstairs queen bedroom is cozy and quaint with its own bathroom adjacent, so while not ensuite, just a step away. There is a built in closet with hangers and drawers. Luggage racks are also provided

The main floor queen bedroom also has its own sitting area and work space with desk and wireless printer. This spacious bedroom also features a smart Roku TV with cable. Need a little fresh air or a quick soak in the hot tub? You have your own private door out into the yard and garden.

The TV room/den on the main floor has a queen sleeper sofa with a Lazy Boy inflatable air mattress for the most comfortable sleep possible on a sleeper sofa. We'd recommend the sleeper for a couple of kiddos or a smaller person. The TV room/den has curtains for privacy facing the living room.

OUTDOORS AND SALT WATER HOT TUB
The back yard is park-like and perfect for play and lounging. Check the garage for river toys, four (4) cruiser bikes and you’ll feel like a local in no time. You are welcome to use the garage for your own gear storage and parking, of course. At the end of the day, a soak in your own private salt water hot tub, or any of the 3 lovely indoor bath tubs will be the perfect way to wind down your day in Bend. We do ask you to be whisper quiet in the backyard hot tub after 10pm.

PARKING
You can literally park your car in the driveway for your entire vacation. This part of the Old Bend neighborhood requires permits for on street parking. Please remember to place your permit, we'll leave it for you in the home, in your car if you park on the street.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The neighborhood is quaint, quiet and absolutely adorable. Please remember to respect all our neighbors during your stay and observe all Bend's Good Neighbor Guidelines. Please observe all parking instructions and quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. It's easy...Be nice! You're in Bend! This wonderful home sleeps 8 comfortably. Strict limit of 8 guests.
