Beautifully decorated spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa is waiting just for you. With only a 5-7 second walk to the pool and a 5-7 minute walk (less than a quarter mile) to the beach, El Cortez Villa 123 offers a family friendly environment perfect for a Winter Texan's or if you're planning a long weekend stay.

El Cortez Villa's offers 2 swimming pools and a newly built golf cart accessible boardwalk to the beach. A quiet atmosphere offers guests a nice relaxing time by the pools, where grills are located nearby.

El Cortez Villas are a 5 minute drive into Port Aransas where you can find a full day of shopping and restaurant experiences during your stay. Don't worry if you don't have your own boat because Port A provides plenty of private and group fishing charters. Enjoy beautiful sunsets with a Jetty cruise or catch a ride on a dolphin watch tour. There's always plenty of surf fishing just a 7 minute walk to the beach.

Unit 123 offers 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with a Maximum Occupancy of 6 - Maximum occupancy limits are enforced.

All parties must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent.

Unit #123 has a King bed in the master bedroom and a Queen bed in the second bedroom. There is a pull-out sofa sleeper in the living room perfect for children. The room sleeps 6 people maximum. Fully stocked kitchen makes dinner easy to prepare but there is also B-B-Que pit's behind the pool if grilling is your choice. A TV is provided in each bedroom and in the living room. Free wi-fi too! This unit also has a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

Amenities include: TV, Free wireless internet, access to BBQ pits and picnic areas, laundry facility, 1 boardwalk to the beach, 2 pools, shuffle board, fish house.

Non-Smoking. Sorry, no pets allowed. Minimum age for rental is 25. Please review your renter's agreement closely.

Good location but hard to find. It’s behind Durado Dunes and next to Cinnamon Shores. It is not directly on the highway and not at the second Cinnamon Shores location. We had trouble with the WiFi. It worked better once reset but it couldn’t stream a movie so we had to use our phone to hot spot. The condo is well stocked with everything you need. Even beach stuff. The rooms are large and the beds comfortable. Great price for larger parties.

It was a bit dated and older but the rooms were clean. The owner was kind and considerate, making contact all through the process from start to finish. I rarely give a “5” for a review because there are no perfect places. We would stay here again.

First time to Port A

This was our first time visiting Port A and we had a great time! The location was amazing! Easy access to the beach, pool was outside our front door, next door to cinnamon shores north where we walked each morning to a cute little coffee shop for breakfast. Host was very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful

Clean, comfortable, quietEasy access to pool- right out the front door, short, easy walk to boardwalk and the beach.Excellent location to Port Aransas amenities and Corpus Christi is within 15 minutes. I’ve stayed at this location several times over a few years and it’s always a pleasure.

Nice place except TV problems

Couldn't watch TV as the Spectrum remote only tuned the TV off and on. Not resolved before we left. But we were only there for 2 nights. No on-site maintenence person if you run into issues like that TV problem or the keyless entry on 1 of the 2 doors seem to have dead battery. I will stay in another place next time.

Family Getaway

This is such a sweet little spot. It's not too far from anything but not too close the touristy folks. It is decorated so cute. The rooms were larger than expected. Loved having our own walkway to the beach. The golf carts can be delivered and are reasonably priced. We enjoyed our stay. Owners are very nice and easy to communicate with.

Labor Day getaway

The Flamingo House was a great! s The bedrooms were a nice size and I liked that each room had their own bathroom/shower! Having a washer/dryer in the unit was also very helpful! We drove to the beach due to the amount of stuff we needed to bring for my granddaughter, but it is definitely walkable! The area seemed very quiet as well. The kitchen was well equipped which was very nice. Communication with the owner was wonderful- quick response with any question I had. I would definitely stay here again.

Decent Beach House

Pros - the owner was super friendly and responsive. The Flamingo house was located close to the beach and other attractions such as shopping, dining, etc. I thought the Flamingo theme was cool. Cons - the following items, while not deal breakers, definitely detracted from our stay. The internet service was spotty at best and would randomly go out for extended periods of time. We'd come home from the beach and the wifi would drop and then it would come back on and go out again. The TV/cable would glitch/freeze/stutter for unknown reasons and certainly more often than we would have liked. The pool, while clean, was simply unusable due to the ungodly high water temperature. It was literally like bath water and the opposite of refreshing. It might be a bit unfair to hold this against the owner/property. I get it...it is Texas in the summer but its worth mentioning that the pool isn't really an option. Overall,

Flamingo House

The Flamingo House in Port A was nice….had everything we needed & extras but it would’ve been nice if the TV had a little more detail instructions since we were trying to get it turned on for about 30 min….also I think the light bulb in the main bedroom on the lamps AND ceiling fan need changing. Had issues every time with the bedside lamp. Otherwise it’s cute & within the distance we needed to get to our other party close to town. Would stay here again. Thank you for the hospitality & sharing your cute Flamingo House.

Cute and good location

Overall a good stay, however, the tv in the guest bedroom did not work- it was not even connected. We reported and did get a response, but unfortunately, no resolution- which I understand because of the short time frame. After going through reviews, I noticed the guest room tv issue was mentioned by a prior guest. If the tv issue cant be resolved, maybe the amenities need to be updated on the site. It would have been nice to be able to relax and watch tv in the evenings. Other than that, really no complaints. The accommodations were good and the beds were very comfortable. I would recommend staying here, just be aware of the tv issue in the guest room.

The host communicates well. The neighborhood is decent. The pool could use some work and be cleaner. The interior of the home is nice but could also be a little cleaner. The guest room is really nice but the master bedroom (especially the bathroom) needs updated/cleaned. The host was very good and helpful with our questions/requests.

Sweet Little Condo

Our family of 5 stayed here. We thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of this property. The boardwalk to the beach was so NICE! The pool was well taken care of and the community was super quiet. Beautiful Condo

Beautiful beach/flamingo themed condo, seconds from the pool and a little bit of a walk to the beach. The condo community was quiet during our stay. The amenities in the condo were great. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again.

Fabulous beach break

Had everything we needed, close to the beach and especially the pool. We were able to prepare food at the condo, and take care of laundry. The beds are awesome. Communicated with owner over a minor issue, reply was prompt and resolved the issue. Definitely would stay again and recommend to friends.

Nice amenities

The condo looks just like the pictures they post and my mom loved all of the flamingos. It's great that there's a private bathroom in each bedroom. Loved sitting outside with coffee in the morning and watching the hummingbirds and dragonflies. Loved that the pool is about 6 steps from the condo and the beach access is a short walk. What I didn't like at all was walking into the condo for the first time and seeing dead roaches on the floor and finding live ones throughout the week. This is my first trip to Port Aransas and I don't know if this is just normal to expect anywhere I would go there? But it made the week stressful always being on the watch for them and not sleeping well at night in case they were in the bedrooms.

Condo clean however…

The condo was cute and clean however I was taken aback by 3 dead roaches on den floor and 3 live ones…one on kitchen counter and two on den walls. Maybe someone exterminated. Also tv in master didn’t work for us. After being out a lot of day it would have been nice to flop down in bed to watch a bit of tv.

Cute Condo: Walking Distance to the Beach!

Great experience over all: Good communication with the owner Condo was cleaned and in good shape Pool is right outside the front door Beach is a walk across the parking lot and down the path Plenty of amenities for convenience, but you'll need to bring some things, depending on your preferences, like your own water filter pitcher or bottled water, if you don't want to drink from the tap. The freezer has an ice maker, but there's no filtered water dispenser. There are some basic spices if you're going to eat in. There were coffee and powdered creamer, but no filters. There was a fresh dish sponge, but no liquid... minor inconveniences really. The beds were fine, the appliances worked, the water pressure was good, and there were enough positive attributes to outweigh any of the other stuff. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this rental.
