Apple Park is a lovely newly remodeled house with 3 comfortable bedrooms, a full kitchen for guests to enjoy in-house dining and entertaining along with a porch onto spacious backyard for evening cocktails, morning coffee and enjoying the quiet neighborhood. The house feels fresh with clean lines and neat finishes. Beautifully appointed bathrooms plus a highly convenient laundry for guest use.

Permit # is 8056000886

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Short stay at Apple Park

We enjoyed our stay very much at the quaint and cozy Apple Park rental. The bathrooms were updated nicely and room accommodations were comfortable.

Perfect little getaway

We booked this house for a quick weekend girls trip and it was just perfect. It was close enough to downtown but still away from the hustle and bustle. We would definitely consider this property again if we go back!

We had a great time. The house was very clean. We did have issues with getting the door unlocked but that might be user error. The WiFi name never came up on any of our phones but we were able to connect by looking at the router/modem box.

Great Stay

The property and location were great. Close to Walmart, HEB and the downtown area. The only suggestions I would make is the kitchen needs a few things. I had to buy potholders, dishrags, cup towels and a cookie sheet.

A great place

We came to enjoy the town and visit family. This place offered a perfect location. Very clean, comfortable and spacious enough for 6 right off Main Street. I would rent again without hesitation.

4 minutes from the main strip! Huge bedrooms & plenty of room for our 7 people.

The property listing said that this lodging is within walking distance to downtown Fredericksburg. It is not within walking distance. It would take an hour to walk downtown.Also, we could not get on the internet. Despite multiple attempts to get help from our VRBO contact, we got no help so we never had internet while there.

Family vacation before Thanksgiving

Apple Park was a great location for our family of 5 (parents and three teenagers) for a trip of visiting caves and hiking at local state parks and exploring Fredeicksburg. It was close to the center of Fredricksburg, had room to spread out, and a nicely stocked kitchen and bathrooms.

Quiet but close!

So impressed by the backyard, it was beautiful and peaceful! The house is spacious and clean! Super close to everything without feeling like it! We had a wonderful stay and will definitely look for this property again!

Good Family Stay

Nice property, really close to grocery store and downtown. Master bedroom (king bed) has a step down into the room and the master bathroom is on the other side of house between bedrooms (queen and twin bunk beds). Kitchen has a keurig, nice dishes and basic cookware, but no pot holders for taking pan out of oven. Wi-Fi info on back of router vs posted information sheet. Family really enjoyed stay, had their own space and able to cook our meals.

Excellent choice for a visit to Fredericksburg

We were visiting relatives over the 4th and needed a place for us and 2 sets of our kids, with their kids. This rental worked out perfectly. It was big enough and was supplied with all of the essentials that we needed.

Great house, very nice beds and bedding!

We loved our stay at the Apple Park House! It was four ladies and we especially appreciated the upgraded bedding and mattresses! The kitchen is well stocked and had lots of coffee pods too. We did think it was odd that the one bedroom had bunk beds and then the other big rooms didn’t have a gout on or day before or even another single. We are kind of old to be climbing up those bunks haha! Great location too. Really close to the main strip but also so quiet at night. Thanks!

Beautiful Stay, Perfect Location!!

Just a few blocks to Main St. Perfect location to everything you will need. The home was exactly like pictured, but the room with the bunk beds you can only sleep one. The top bunk is useless because it's too close to the ceiling. We found that we had to wash the towels & blankets before use because they were stained and dirty. Having the washer and dryer was convenient for that. Overall, will rent again. It was a beautiful stay. I love it.

Was a beautiful home and very spacious. The owner went above and beyond with amenities. The house could have been a full on hotel with the amount of shampoo and towels offered! Parking was tight, but enough room for 2 mid size suvs. There were wasp nests, but we were in town more than anything else, so no issue there. Town is less than a 3 minute drive away. Was tricky when we first arrived and tried to enter door code, but once you figure it out it's real simple. All in all was a great rent and when i find myself back in Fredericksburg I'll be sure to book here again.

It was not a fun place to stay ; good for sleeping only!!

The place was clean, they decorated it nicely, the beds were soft but the only thing I didn't like is that it's not a very comfortable place, the common areas to sit down, talk and have a nice moment, very uncomfortable, don't lend themselves to relaxing . The large dry backyard there is really no furniture other than two chairs nothing else to do here as a group not even games or activities and when you get to the house from the outside everything is dry big yard no landscaping and doesn't have a nice drive up appeal so I probably wouldn't stay in this unit again

Cute house, but not clean and unresponsive owner

Arrived around 11 pm for check in and the house wasn't cleaned/prepared. Dishes in the sink, two bed weren't made. Linens were piled on the dryer, and used towels in the bedrooms/bathrooms. The Internet was down until our last evening there. I messaged the owner with pictures when we arrived with no response. The next day the front door wasn't working so we had to leave from the back. I messaged the owner with no response. Day 3 one of the mirrors fell from the wall and broke. We let the owner know and sent a picture of the replacement mirror we were going to buy and that was the first response we received from the owner. When asked if we would be compensated for having to clean the house ourselves upon arrival (among other issues) there was again no response. The property and location is nice. Our experience was not so nice.
