Watching the Sun rice in the early morning to watching the stars at night. We are located on 53 acres just 3 minutes from downtown Fredericksburg. Featuring countryside views from the porch, a full kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom with a king size bed and full size bathroom also 6 person hot tub. Each room in the cottage is decorated beautifully with fine art and furnishings. Towels and linens are provided. Fredericksburg has great restaurants, shopping and wine tours.

It was such an enjoyable stay. The cottage was very clean, the views were great, and it was a peaceful setting. We only had one issue, the coffee pot wasn’t working. I contacted, Maria, and she brought a new out that day. We would definitely stay again.

Very nice! Quiet with lots of outdoor space. The county road has some traffic but wasn't bad- great for leash walk with my dog. Hot tub was comfy. Kitchen was nicely supplied with items to prepare meals on the cooktop.

The hot tub was a little murky. We had to switch to another property due to the first's hot tub not working. I did not realize that it had stairs.

We were unable to stay at this property due to the front door not locking, the hot tub was empty and wires exposed….those were the major safety issues. But on the outside, it was completely overgrown. The yard was overgrown and the tree branches and bushes were so overgrown that you had to duck to get to the front door.

Peaceful property and really relaxing. Close to town which made going back and forth easy. I should have looked at the amenities first as there is no oven (there is a full cooktop) so just throwing that out there to double check! It was great to have coffee/creamer and paper dinnerware provided, we left our charcoal as it seems others did too and we noticed too late. Would stay again.

Wonderful property. Clean, quiet and perfect for a weekend getaway in Fredericksburg! Diane is a wonderful host and very responsive. There’s a Cute fire pit for smores and the hot tub was perfect! We definitely will be back!!

The cottage was great! It was convenient to town and the host was very welcoming. It had a great coffee bar and the snacks were yummy. The hot tub and fire pit was a nice addition. Highly recommended!

Very nice small one bedroom. Very clean and property contact is prompt and very attentive. Very helpful. Note that there is no washer / dryer. Can't remember if that was noted in information. Only downside is that the internet is very slow and spotty. Had to reset the tv around every 30-35 mins due to lag. Otherwise we loved it!

Very cute, clean, comfortable, well-maintained cabin. We loved the hot tub, making meals in the well-equipped kitchen, grilling, and using the fire pit. Location is awesome - quiet and lots of land, but a short drive from downtown, parks and wineries. I appreciated how the owner didn’t have signs around the place telling you what to do and not do or check-out requirements (clean up, take out trash, etc., although we did do our best to leave the place clean and neat) like lots of rental places do. Highly recommend!
