Friendly full time on-site hosts from USA to help make your stay enjoyable. Fenced and gated for security. Located about halfway between Jaco and Manuel Antonio. The Sand Unit has one bedroom (queen bed) with bathroom, living area with futon bed and fully equipped kitchen . . . and a beautiful covered porch looking out to a blue flag beach!

Sand Unit is for your private enjoyment! Pool shared with three other units. Second story terrace shared with three other units. Gated parking. Miles of beach for exploring, surfing, fishing, boogie boarding right out your doorstep! The sunsets are fantastic.

Nearby are many adventures including canopy tours, mangrove monkey tours, zip lines, ATV tours, horseback riding, deep sea fishing, and National Parks like the famous Manuel Antonio.

Many shops and great restaurants within a short drive.

My favorite day: early walk exploring the beach, super fresh fruit for breakfast, adventure at nearby parks/waterfalls/ziplines, return for relaxation, boogie boarding at the beach, watch sunset, swim in pool, cook up some fresh fish! Then hang around with a few other friendly guests from around the world.
