Esterillos Oeste is the ideal vacation destination community of choice in Costa Rica. Starting as a small fishing village on the Central Pacific Coast of Costa Rica, Esterillos Oeste is rapidly becoming the most desirable beach in Costa Rica offering dark sand beaches, small fishing boats on the beach, green palm trees overhanging the beach, a sea turtle preserve and a consistently good surf break with many other world-class breaks within a few minutes drive. This is truly a paradise!

The villa is located about 75 feet from the ocean, 20 minutes south of Jaco on the central Pacific coast of Costa Rica. It is a 1 1/2 hour drive from the International Airport in San Jose and it is in a very small development named Rocamar Villas. There are four buildings, a property manager's quarters, and a beautiful pool. A full-time property manager is present and we are fenced and gated. A big statue of the mermaid "Sirena" stands in the ocean to look over the fisherman and yes...you can buy fish right off the boats and grill them on your rooftop observation deck. Our 2 favorite places for food and drinks are Los Almendros and El Tropezón. Both are great.

Our Villa has 1 large bedroom (queen size bed) and 2 baths with showers. Marble floors, granite countertops, a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry room in our villa make for a comfortable, leisurely vacation. For your use, we have air conditioning, cable TV, high-speed computer service, and WiFi.

The property is maintained 24 hours a day by our property manager/ pool guy/groundskeeper. Your comfort is never compromised at Rocamar Villas.
