Waterfront Haven - 4mi to Ocean City, MD Boardwalk - 4bdr/3.5ba; Sleeps 9

We were pleased to host this guest for a two-week stay. Communication was smooth throughout the reservation, they followed the house rules and check-out instructions, and they left the property in good condition. We appreciate their respect for our home and would be happy to host them again. We would also recommend them to other hosts.

Thank you for your review. We’re glad to hear that your crew enjoyed the house and found the location convenient for the White Marlin Open and Sunset Marina. We appreciate you choosing our home for their stay and hope everyone had a successful and enjoyable time at the tournament.

Thank you so much for your kind words! We're so glad to hear your family enjoyed the stay and that the location worked well for you—close to the boardwalk, yet still peaceful. It was our pleasure to share our home with you, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime!

We are glad that you had an excellent stay. We do try our best to make sure that our guests have a great experience. Thanks for treating our house well too. We look forward to having you stay with us again.

Glad you had a great time. We look forward to having you again.

Thanks for your review Bill. Please note that you were duly informed that the garage door was damaged shortly before your stay and was deemed a safety hazard, hence we were advised to not open and close it. You were promptly informed as soon as you booked and given a chance to not proceed with the rental. You said it was not a problem for you. It appears you later consider it to be more an inconvenience than you anticipated. We apologize for that. This is only a temporary situation. Due to global supply chain issues, there is 8 weeks wait for garage door replacement. The property was properly cleaned and thoroughly sanitized before your arrival. So, we're shocked to read your comment about the house being dirty. We would have promptly asked our cleaners to return if we knew that you were unsatisfied with the cleanliness. We also encourage guests to let us know as soon as they check in if there was anything that needed to be rectified in the check-in email that was sent prior to your arrival. We would have appreciated a call from you the moment you noted things that didn't meet your expectations. Overall, we apologize that we didn't meet your expectations this stay but be rest assured that the garage door will be fixed shortly, and we will particularly note to check with you throughout your next stay with us to ensure we address your issues real time and exceed your expectations.

Thanks for staying with us and for the review. It is very much appreciated. Thanks for your patience with the cleaning. Even though our cleaners had been in an accident , that they were gracious enough to refund your cleaning fees shows our commitment to our promise. Our place is facing the same supply chain issues that are affecting the country now, especially with household items of repairs and replacements. Hopefully this will ease soon. Take care and we look forward to welcoming you again.

Thank you for your review. You of course were model guests and treated our place like you would your own. That is very much appreciated. We look forward to hosting you again.

Thanks for your review. Thanks for acknowledging the cleanliness of the property. That is something we take very seriously. With regards to your comments about the blankets, we change our blankets with the seasons. The summer blankets are naturally thin for obvious reasons. The mercury can be quite steep in the summer. We have never received any complaints about the mattresses and the showerheads. We do understand that different people have different preferences. But we have now put padded mattress covers.

Thanks for the review. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay. We enjoyed having thoughtful guests like you who treat our place with respect, thus enabling us to continue to provide the quality service that we do.
