THIS IS THE ONE FOR YOU!!
Just recently updated website and pictures! Beautifully updated since Hurricane Ian. One bedroom studio condo directly on the Gulf of Mexico. This 10th floor has prime Gulf/sunset views (225 degree panoramic gulf view)

Fully equipped kitchen with beautiful cabinet, granite countertops, and high end stainless appliances.
Soft beautiful sofa that can also be used as sleeping space. All sections of sofa open and is equipped with extra blankets, pillows, and sheets.
Granite in bathroom, frameless shower doors.
Massage Chair...relax those muscles after tiring day at the beach :)

Partition can be used to separate bedroom

Across the street is Santini Market, CVS couple blocks away. It's just a trolley trip to the North End for all the entertainment. But plenty to do right there near the condo. There is a marina right across the street! Publix is 2 mile drive, they also offer DELIVERY SERVICE!!!

Place was great, right on the beach. Pool was wonderful. Accommodations were great, everything you could want and then some. We would highly recommend this unit and plan on being back in the future.

We had an amazing time at Marlene's condo in Estero beach! The views of the Gulf from the balcony, living room and bedroom were stunning! The condo was well stocked with basic essentials, which put us at ease and ready to enjoy vacation. Marlene was readily available to help us with any questions that we had. Overall, this is one of the best condos I've stayed in and can't wait to visit again!

We had a great time in Fort Meyers Beach. The condo was well stocked with anything you would need. It is cutely decorated. A great balcony to view the beach, ocean and pool. Everyone in the building was super friendly, not a noisy crowd.

This was our second time staying at the complex. We love the location and Marlene’s place was exceptional! Incredible views and very comfortable. She is one of the best hosts we’ve encountered and we would definitely come back.

We had a great time at this condo. It was clean and had everything we needed for a great beach day—-towels, chairs, umbrella, coolers, and a cart to carry it to the beach. Marlene, our host, was very responsive and addressed all our needs in a timely way. The sunsets were beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view and nice room

The owner was very accommodating and easy to get a hold of . The view is amazing overlooking the ocean , especially at sunset . This is an overall beautiful propertty. We have stayed her 4 or 5 times and will definitely be back

Had a great time!

This unit had everything we needed for a great week at the beach & pool. Nice beach chairs, plenty of beach towels, noodles for the pool. The pool was very clean & close to the unit. Loved the beach views, had breakfast on the balcony most mornings & enjoyed several beautiful sunsets. Good restaurants in the area, live music, boat & kayak rentals nearby..

Relaxing and Wonderful

The view from our condominium was amazing. The weather was beautiful. The condo is beautifully decorated and Marlene went above and beyond providing everything we needed. The kitchen is very well equipped. Everything we needed for the beach was provided... beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, beach wagon! Our grandchildren came down to visit and there was lots of sand toys for them! The pool was also very nice. We highly recommend this property.

Million dollar view and host!

Untimely move

Yes, unfortunately this was my first renter since hurricane Ian. I had to go through so many hoops with permits and remodel. My place was absolutely perfect and beautiful once I was able to rent again almost 2 1/2 years later. It was truly a struggle to get back after the hurricane. I put all my heart and soul into it. Unfortunately, when the water was finally turned back on for the renters there ended up being a leak behind the wall that was caused by the construction company that recklessly drilled a screw into the water pipe and did not realize it. They should have done water checks and turned back on but apparently they did not. So of course this has to be addressed immediately. I was in constant contact with the renters and I was able to secure them another place in the same building (an almost impossible task during February high season when nothing is available. Of course, I refunded all their money. Yes it was an inconvenience to my guests and I did my best to make it right immediately, which I did. To make things worse, this all happened the day after I had to bury my brother who died unexpectedly. I was an emotional wreck, but I still made sure to take care of my guests. My thought to a review and a rating is the negligence of the owner. There were very unfortunate circumstances here, but none by my doing as the owner. I went over and above and beyond in this situation. I feel my rating should be based on that. 1 out of 5, I feel is just hurtful and was not the true extent of the efforts I made to make a very unfortunately situation into a very pleasant one. I even offered for guests to come back once I had issue resolved, but they decided to just stay at the other unit which I understood. I have never had a "1" rating in all my reviews so this one did hurt so I just wanted to respond explaining why I did not think the "1" rating was justified. They actually did Love the place and asked about renting it out next year.

Another stay in paradise!

My wife and I made our annual visit to Estero Beach and Tennis Club last week choosing to stay at Marlene's unit on the 10th floor overlooking ....well, everything important on a Ft Myers beach trip......the gulf, the beach, the wildlife, the sunset and crsip mornings, the walkway to "Pinchers" , Bonita and Sanibel! And that was just the beauty and fun of the balcony! The unit was very clean, stylish ans functional and served as the perfect base for a weeklong relaxing beach get away with its proximity to both the quiet EB&TC beach and the more active beach a touch north that had rental umbrellas, jet ski's, etc. Here, you can relax with quiet walks on the beach, reading on the deck, napping in the shade.....but also hit the waves, jog the new wide sidewalks of Ft Myers beach, dance at the local tiki bar, or shop directly across the street at Santini Plaza. (don't forget the sweet rolls early am). Marlene was wonderful to communicate with as she was both timely and accurate with her feedback on what the unit and area had to offer. Can;t wait to come back. Thanks again Marlene!

Spectacular view!

My husband and I stayed at this condo for one week in July 2022. From booking to check-in, we were met with nothing but warm hospitality. The property was clean with an updated kitchen and bathroom. Very comfortable king-sized bed. The property was beautiful and surrounded by lush wildlife. The beach was private, the water refreshing, and the waves calm. And the view...overwhelmingly beautiful. We sat on the balcony several times a day. The condo is everything advertised and more. Highly recommend!!

The home away from home, but with the best view ever!!!

Girls Trip 2022 is in the books! If you are wanting a home away from home with the best view ever, this is the best place to stay! Marlene is the best, she has everything you can imagine in the condo. Even gave us complementary adult beverages. Definitely will stay here again.

Excellent Experience

Awesome views, very clean, everything we needed and the owners response was immediate. Only thing that made us a little nervous was they were starting to reconstruct the support beams for the building and we had no knowledge of that happening. It did become a little noisy at times and they had braces being out in place all over. The condo was great and had a great time.
