Warm sun, soft white sand, and a gentle breeze right out your front door and the best sunsets you could ask for. Everything you want from a beach vacation. Beautiful Beachfront Condo in Estero Beach and Tennis Club. Fully furnished one bedroom efficiency sleeps 4. New King size bed and size sleep sofa. The kitchen includes new appliances, microwave, and dish washer. Enjoy the views of the Gulf and Beach and fresh air from the deck equipped with table and chairs and view of beach. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach towels provided to enjoy the 7 miles of white sugary beach to walk for hours. Large, heated pool with sun and shade with tables and lounge chairs.
Things to do; Play on the 2 new tennis courts and 2 pickle ball courts or try your hand on the shuffleboard court. Enjoy the bird estuary on site. Barbecue areas outfitted with gas grills, tables, and chairs. Rent a boat or kayak or charter a fishing trip at the marina across the street. Visit Lovers Key State Park, only 2 miles away, or day trip to Sanibel Island, Everglades or take the ferry to Key West.
Weekly or monthly rental. Check-in/out Saturday- Saturday only January to Mid April
Also provided all cookware, linens, sheets, towels, cable TV, and unlimited high speed internet. Free parking. Equipped with everything you will need.
7-night minimum stay. 25 miles from RSW airport.

Gorgeous Condo! Wonderful Experience!

The condo was absolutely perfect. It was extremely clean, everyone in the building was friendly, the location was ideal, and the owners were extremely warm and helpful. Could not have stayed at a better spot.

Estero beach.

Top notch Host. Property on the water so we could get wet and just walk back to the condo. Wish there was more restaurants open in the area but I got to spend a week with my beautiful family so I cannot complain one bit.

Island time

This was just perfect for my wife and I. The condo was clean and had everything you need for our stay including beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, coolers . Yes highly recommend this unit it is clean and comfortable and also in a great location beachfront with 4or5 restaurants within walking distance. So don’t hesitate on this one you’ll definitely be happy 🌞

Estero Beach and Tennis Room

The single room was plenty of room for my wife and I. Room was conveniently located on the first floor. The Owners have this property well stocked for guests. There was alot of construction going on in the area, as this whole Island is still rebuilding from the Hurrican. Thank You for sharing this condo with us.

Quiet week on the beach

The condo is beautifully located so close to the beach. No direct sun kept the unit cool throughout the hot day. The association is working hard to get the place back in shape, especially compared to the neighboring properties. Kitchen had everything we needed for home cooked meals every night. Owners were incredibly responsive and helpful with ideas. We had a great week and would stay here again!

Amazing!!!

My husband and I stayed here for a week and it was absolutely amazing. Perfect location, beach was perfect and the condo was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the beach. Will definitely stay here again. Everything you need is conveniently close to the location so you don't necessarily need a car. But with the Florida heat it's highly recommended. Lol. Lots of restaurants, shops and fun places to visit.

Close to beach

Lots of construction on the island and at our condo due to “Ian” during our stay. Home owners warned us. Beach is sad from the hurricane. Ocean water was not as clear as I like it. Condo was clean and we had everything we needed for our stay.

Absolutely a great unit 108C / Owners are great !!!

Mrs. Currens is a fabulous owner!! Quick contact, very kind and friendly. Condo was as described and is very well maintained, clean and 1st floor! Great balcony! The owners have thought of everything!! U only need to bring suitcase. Floats , beach chairs, coolers , all kitchen needs , u name it , it’s there ! Bbq grill right on beach side with view of Gulf. Iv been to FMB many times and have to say the Currens make everything easy for guests. Parts of the island are still in disarray due yo Ian but the south end of the island is good to go. If your are looking for a great beach condo and great owners look no further ! We are already planning another trip soon. Dion and Spring 6-29/7-6/2024

Very Nice Condo

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was great! The location is fantastic! We spent a lot of time at the beach (just outside the door) and the neighboring bars, Pincher's and Oliver's Place, which we were able to walk to. Parking and check-in were fairly easy and being on the first floor is a nice plus!

My mom & I stayed here for a girl’s trip. The condo was perfect & super easy beach access!

We stayed for a whole week & it was great. The beach is clean, the people are friendly & there’s restaurants & a CVS right across the street so you don’t need a car! Uber is available for cheap prices! You can see the sunset from the condo patio as well. So much fun & super pretty! The owners of the condo were extremely helpful to us & very nice! Highly recommend staying here! We will come back!

Well Equipped Condo!

This is an excellent option for a couple or young family. Because it’s an efficiency, the bedroom is not separate from the living room/kitchen area. There is a divider that can be closed, but it will shut off the bedroom from the AC unit that is in the wall in the living room. The unit is well equipped with chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc., so it really was a blessing to have those extra items for use. Great beach access, and lots of amenities. We had a great time!

On island time

This condo provides everything you need to make the most of your relaxing beach vacation! We didn't have to fight traffic due to it's location. Also just a short walk to the beach or pool. We really appreciated the check in process and having codes instead of key cards, very convenient!

Our ft myers stay

It was a great condo. I would have liked to have straight beachfront but this one has a beautiful side view!! Everyone we encountered was so nice!! The area is gorgeous. If I go back I will ask for beachfront up a little higher so we have a better view. But the condo was perfect!! It had almost everything we needed from the nicest owners!!!

Great stay

Wife and I had a great stay at this unit. It is beach front building and you walk for less than a min and the beach and water right there. Unit fully equipped with all needs. You are very close by to shops and farmers market. Beautiful sunsets!!! Highly recommend this cute place.

Great Relaxing Stay in Ft. Myers Beach!

The property was exactly what we expected when we got there. It was the perfect size for my mom and I. Everything we needed was there from dishes to towels to misc sunscreen and beach chairs. Not needing any keys and only door codes was also extremely convenient.

The area is very safe, clean and a lot to do within walking distance. The beach is full of wild life, dolphin, fish, crabs, star fish, sand dollars, shells and others. Always something to see or do. Why fight the crowds and traffic when you can have it all here?
