• Outdoor quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8 am per county rules
• Tent setups allowed (up to 20 x40
• Final guest count confirmed prior to arrival. All extra guest must use provided porta potty . $150 clean out fee. 20 cars max for Events

Events exceeding the agreed number may incur additional fees and list deposits.
